What conditions can the AneuCareTM test identify?
The AneuCareTM test screens for Down (trisomy 21), Edwards (trisomy 18), and Patau (trisomy 13) syndromes
When can the AneuCareTM test be performed?
From 10th weeks of pregnancy

The AneuCareTM test is recommended for all types of pregnancies.
Some medical societies* like ACOG, ACMG, SMFM, NSGC, ISPD etc. support the use of cfDNA testing as the most sensitive screening option for traditionally screened aneuploidies.
For physicians, it is important to consider this test for pregnancies** with:
• Family history
• Parental balanced Robertsonian translocation with increased risk for trisomy 13 or 21
• Abnormal serum testing
• Abnormal ultrasound finding suggestive of aneuploidy (recommend diagnostic test)

How is the AneuCare test performed?
• The AneuCareTM test is performed from a simple blood sample without any risk of miscarriage
• About 10 ml blood is taken from expected mother’s arm like a normal blood test and sent to the laboratory for testing
The AneuCareTM Test workflow:
• The sample is shipped to PerkinElmer Lab via authorized collection centres
• The samples are analysed using a high precision assay which involves Rolling Circle Replication technology
• Results may be available as early as 5 working days of receiving sample
