1 ★Truly horrible. I don't know if it's just the android version (pixel 8) but this app is basically not usable which sucks, because I have to use it for a coaching program. Can't switch between modules, swiping from day to day never completely works, I can't even view the chart at all. I have to un and reinstall almost every day. So many other better options out there.
2 ★Great app but it's super glitchy on Android. I even paid for premium but I can't add a practicioner email and I can't edit certain things. Sometimes it won't even let me log in for a day or two.
1 ★Used this app for years, now it is creating extra cycles in the middle of a cycle and I cannot delete it. Clicked the link to the help desk and it just spazzes out. No customer service availability. Tried two different browsers.

2 ★Hi, I was having issues imputing my statistics, and it wasn't appearing on the app, so I logged out to see if I would be able to do it the right way. It's asking me to restart and don't know how to get to my page. Please help!
1 ★I'd been using this app for years and loved it, but then it changed ownership or management, and now I can't even log into my account. I open the app, and it only shows me a page to create an account, not log into an existing one. I could go through a web browser on my laptop, but that defeats the ease of the app. Now, I have years of cycle information that's lost. I am very disappointed in this app now
2 ★I used the free version almost 10 years because it made tracking bbt temp simple. No frills, and the info could be interpreted easily. However, last year, I got a scare when my data went missing. I was able to recover it, but I was wary. Last week the option to Start New Cycle was hit accidentally. Usually, if you deselect, it fixes itself. Not this time; it looked like I had multiple. 2-day cycles. I decided to delete my account because I don't feel it's a reliable company anymore.
1 ★Can no longer sign in or create an account. No information about where to go for help. Used to find this app very helpful but it's useless if I can't login or access any old data.
