5 ★I LOVE using the E-Reward Program!! I am very excited that they chose to branch out into creating a mobile app; it makes it easier and more tangable to complete surveys and earn points when you're on the go! I have been a long time subscriber to E-Rewards, and I can honestly say that this is the best place to come to for a free rewards program. ***One thing to point out though... You already have to have an account to use this app, you can't sign up when you download the app.***
1 ★I have just joined as it was on my Nectar app saying you could earn points. I have gone on the start section and started filling in surveys and part way through these surveys when you answer a question and you click on "continue" nothing happens, absolutely ridiculous, I can't get any further to earn points for the surveys as you get stuck half way through and it won't go any further!
5 ★Something is wrong with the app. I have not been able to log in on here or Google. yet my other survey apps are working. Yeah it sucks as I do not have a passport,drivers license or whatever else they are asking for as Identification. So with the app not working I lost all my points. I had enough for another gift card. My web perspectives app is working.
3 ★Good rewards but now limited on how many you can get. Keeps changing reward points. Keeps lowering and limits how many points per day. Quite a few you will be on for 10 to 15 minutes then just get booted out with no points. Now as of Nov 2023 you need a photo taken just to get reward. Will be getting rid of now. Even takes weeks just to get 1 reward now.
1 ★**Latest update 08/09/23 - since last update app unable to open. Even after reinstalling app still the same.** Terrible app. Most surveys you start then get a blank screen and can't move on or get various errors. Recent activity only shows surveys completed up to 24 Aug despite having completed loads since that date by logging into website. My advice is use the website and avoid the app. App is totally useless and unfit for purpose.
3 ★What's the point of even allowing us to pick what available survey we want to take. I wanted to take a 10 minute survey, answered the preliminary questions, and then it gave me a 40 minute survey. This is just an example of the issue. Rarely will it ever give you what you clicked on. Using e-Rewards on the app used to be so simple compared to now.
3 ★So many times, selection of a drop-down menu and clicking OK never advances to the next screen. Fix this!
1 ★So I kept having error messages and losing surveys so I contacted E-rewards. They suggested reloading the app. I deleted the app and then re-installed it. Now the app won't even open, making it impossible to use on my phone. Wonder what they'll suggest now if I contact them again.
4 ★After a few weeks of the app crashing constantly, I removed the app from my phone. Reinstalled and seems to be back up and running. Easy to use (when it works...fingers crossed).
1 ★For about a week or more, the app hasn't been working. It immediately crashes when you launch it. Looking at other recent reviews, other users are experiencing the same thing. Disappointing that they have yet to fix it.
1 ★WORST e-REWARDS APP EVER. TOTALLY TRASH. If would posted a negative zero; I would do it. Take a ton to answer surveys that don't offer points to someone when filled with confidential information through the end. Also, asking where you live and for US territories like Puerto Rico, you can't participate in them. Zip codes not valid for some... Seriously, living outside Con USA doesn't mean you are a foreigner... You know what I mean. Don't you??? GARBAGE WEB APP...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
3 ★I'm having lot's of difficulties with the app this week. The worst is not being able to redeem points for rewards. Says to redeem on website. Website doesn't recognise my login details. Changed them in the app. Still won't work. Requested new password & nothing comes to my email. Is it a scam so that I don't redeem points ?
