1 ★Not satiafactory We have booked for cleaning service with supplies . Money deducted person not assigned in the evening we are receiving call, we cannot send it today,they asking to take the date they insist wince they deduct money you choice to accept or cancel, if they atleast Inform earlier atleast we would ha e not lost time. Beware while booking service with card,may b3 cash after service is better for this app,
1 ★After installing the app and checking the home cleaning service fees, I uninstalled the app immediately. This is a joke! You make a discount coupon, and when you reach the payment step, you find out that the discount is fake. In your choice journey, the fees keep increasing with no reason, without choosing any extra services. I won't deal with you ever again.
1 ★The app is extremely poor. You can't add a discount code - you have to contact them. And you have to contact them for every single booking, they are unable to apply it for several bookings in one go. If you have a recurrent booking and you know that next month you'll be travelling, you can't amend that booking - you have to contact them. It took several calls to get across the point that I want the same cleaner, even if I reschedule and if she's not available they need to notify me.
1 ★Unreliable. After making my booking, they changed the time and number of cleaners I requested and paid for. I had to call them (getting in touch with them is impossible with no phone number) and get that fixed. Then the cleaners were a no show for 1.5 hours. They gave me 10 aed in credit, which is nothing considering their overpriced services. When I went to cancel eventually, they didn't compensate me at all.
1 ★Did a pcr test, paid for the results in 12 hours. Its almost 24hrs and no results and no follow up from the app or website using their help option. What is the point of paying more for a service that you arent able to deliver on

1 ★If you run a service, LEARN HOW TO DO IT FIRST! Multiple times I have booked their cleaning and deep cleaning services and every time it has been an awful mess! Last minute rescheduling, changing of professionals mid-service without informing me, the cleaning person is using her phone for so long during the booked time..... and much more! Their service is overrated, it's poorly managed and the cleaning staff is NOT worth your money! I have got much better service from other companies.
1 ★HORRIBLE The last two times I booked with them, they cancelled on me. It's extremely unprofessional. The issue is, you have to book 3 weeks in advance, and they cancel on you without prior notice. Their reason is that they don't have enough professionals. Then WHY do they offer timing slots beyond their capability? It's absurd. Do NOT download or waste your time with them. Worst application ever.
5 ★Excellent service, they did their job with ultimate professionalism and dedication. Both the cleaners were very pleasant and completed their job on time.
1 ★This is beyond anything. The app is resurrecting old cancelled bookings without notifying me!!! Just stop it!!! Last week it resurrected Tuesday 5.30pm cancelled bookings series. And staff said it's not cancelled. Today it resurrected my old Monday booking at 5.30!!! For a God sake I believed this is more decent app than Urban Company. But now I understand you are the same level, just design a little better.
