La app MiMonzón es un canal directo con el Ayuntamiento de Monzón a través del que los vecinos pueden comunicar incidencias o realizar observaciones relacionadas con la limpieza de la ciudad, el estado del mobiliario urbano y de los espacios públicos, el cuidado del entorno...Los técnicos municipales recibirán la incidencia y procederán a resolverla, pudiendo el usuario seguir en tiempo real el estado de la misma y recibir una notificación en el momento en el que esté solucionada.
La aplicación MiMonzón es, además, un nuevo canal para mantenerse informado sobre todos aquellos avisos que afecten a los vecinos como cortes en los suministros de agua, restricciones de circulación de tráfico, avisos meteorológicos... Para ello, los usuarios recibirán en sus dispositivos notificaciones en las que se detallará la incidencia.
Ya puedes instalar la app MiMonzón en tu móvil o tableta y colaborar con el Ayuntamiento para lograr, entre todos, una ciudad más agradable en la que vivir.
