El servicio Línea Azul es un canal de comunicación directo con tu Ayuntamiento. Sólo debes descargar la APP de forma completamente gratuita para poder ponerte en contacto con tu Ayuntamiento y comunicarle cualquier desperfecto que detectes en tu municipio. Un contenedor de basuras repleto, un semáforo con la luz fundida, una alcantarilla atascada, etc. En sólo cuatro sencillos pasos (selección de tipología de incidencia, ubicación, foto y comentario) puedes ponerlo en conocimiento de tu Ayuntamiento.De forma inmediata, el técnico del Ayuntamiento recibe tu comunicación y comienza los trámites para gestionarla. Cada vez que se lleve a cabo un cambio de estado en la incidencia recibirás una notificación. De esta forma estarás informado en tiempo real de los pasos que está llevando a cabo el Ayuntamiento.
Además, también puedes plantear cualquier consulta a nivel ambiental. En un plazo máximo de 24 horas tendrás respuesta por parte de un equipo de expertos en la materia. ¿Dónde reciclar el aceite usado? ¿Puedo poner un contenedor de escombros en la vía pública? ¿Cómo puedo ahorrar energía en el consumo de luz de mi peluquería?.... Un sinfín de preguntas sobre situaciones a las que nos enfrentamos en el día a día. También las empresas del municipio pueden utilizar esta APP para solventar cuestiones relacionadas con sistemas de gestión ambiental, guías de buenas prácticas, etc.
