La app Meu Concello permite a los vecinos comunicar cualquier incidencia o daño que detecten en el municipio relacionados con la limpieza viaria, el estado del mobiliario urbano y de los espacios púbicos, el cuidado del entorno…Es un sistema rápido, ágil e intuitivo. La comunicación de la incidencia se dirige directamente a los técnicos municipales que procederán a resolverla y facilita las cosas al usuario, ya que la app geolocaliza automáticamente la incidencia, permite incluir comentarios y adjuntar una fotografía tomada con su propio móvil. Además, puede seguir en tiempo real el estado de la incidencia al recibir notificaciones sobre el estado en el que se encuentra la resolución de la misma.
Con la app Meu Concello los vecinos también pueden estar al día de la actualidad del municipio: recibir noticias, alertas y bandos, consultar puntos de interés, participar en encuestas…
