4 ★It's a good app and nice to have instead of another card in your wallet, it's easy to navigate and good design choices. The only problem I have is it is such a big store across the Netherlands and the Netherlands is well known of their expats, but the app isn't even offered in English and no possible way to change the language to anything other than Dutch. If that was a possibility I'd give the app 5 stars
4 ★I love the use it all the time for my personal bonus! Also could you add the ability to add the AH Bonus Premium card on Google Wallet now that is available in the Netherlands?
3 ★It works well enough, but it could really use some improvements. 1. It needs more subcategories. When you get to the lowest subcategory now, there are still way too many products to look through. Next option is to use filtering, but there are too many filter categories, or not the ones I want. 2. It needs an option to deselect products that are only available in the shop. 3. Search needs to be improved. If I search for bread, I also get cheese, because it mentions bread.
3 ★The app is fine. It would be great to have it in English though... That sounds reasonable also given the number of expats in the Netherlands
1 ★3rd party advertenties in de AH App *facepalm*.. De AH heeft ook z'n sterretje verkocht achter het station. This is why we can't have nice things.
5 ★Great app with a good variety of products and recipes!!!
1 ★The recipes function is not working properly on Google Pixel 3a as of 28-09-2021. Have tried reinstalling, did not fix the problem. The issue: whenever I choose a filter option such as 'vegetarian', 'budget', '15 min', or anything else, the page just turns black and no recipes show until I delete the filter criteria again. So, I can only search for specific recipes...!
5 ★This is the best grocery store app I have used so far, and trust me, i have tried a lot of supermarket apps. I just love how u can adjust your order as many times as u need, and the delivery is fantastic. The only downside to this app is that if search a specific word, it doesn't always show u all the options, and then u need to search for a specific item. Overall, I love it, so much that it's the only app I use for ordering groceries.
2 ★Warning: The app uses an abnormal amount energy. with app open in the background my phone was empty in 3 hours.... in the battery use i coudl see that AH app did eat 27% of all energy in 24 hours.
3 ★The app functions but the removal of dark mode really annoys me, there's also a strange bug with WiFi blocking your bonus card if you ever logged into the local AH WiFi.
3 ★I would like to be able to get access to the shopping list that my wife creates in her app. This will allow me to have the shopping list in my phone for the weekly groceries while she is busy doing other shopping. This feature will unlock huge potential for couples and families. Currently this is not possible and we have to share hand written notes or use other apps, which is annoying as in those apps, the specific products cannot be listed.
5 ★I enjoy the app for grossary shopping. Liked the new functionality of the integrated receipts in the app. Problem: Sometimes while buying, scanning doesn't work due to bad wifi reception in few corners of the store. I have to walk with products where I can get wifi and then I can scan and add it. Request for new functionality: Is it possible to add find the location of the product in the store or if the product is available in the particular store? This will help enhancing shopping experience.
