5 ★I already use for 5 months, its quite good cause they keep improving and their response is fast. I hope malaysian people more aware of this machine to save our planet by recycle

1 ★Don't waste your time. Machines are malfunction, always not detecting the item even it is just a 500ml mineral water bottle, or a common take away plastic container. Customer service never reply messages.

2 ★It's a good idea to incentivise recycling because it probably means the items are being recycled. But the incentive has to be big enough to get people to use them. Any economist would tell you that a cash incentive is better than a points incentive. Any accountant will tell you that getting paid to promote other peoples businesses is better than recycling cans and bottles. You need to do both well. Good luck. Looks like rent is too high. Cans are worth more than bottles but get the same reward.

1 ★Machines always not working or full, waste effort and make you feel like an idiot carrying around bottles for an equivalent of few cents each.

3 ★As much as I love the movement and the amount of machines there are. The WhatsApp assistant is VERY VERY VERY unresponsive. I can understand if he/she responded after 15mins... But after 40 mins still no response.

1 ★such a useless app n machine. it takes my bottles but nvr credit the points to my account. it's been more then 2 weeks. baik jual kat besi buruk .

1 ★The app has a bare minimum UI/UX. The reward is not so rewarding anymore. Previously has touch and go reward and I think it's enough. However now it's almost nothing, segmented reward that we barely need. In my country, we have similar company like this. They have direct monetary reward, 50 cent/bottle that you can transfer to the e-wallet. Instead of point, just directly use cent/bottle reward that we could move to touch n go.
