The Zig Zag's free App service enables you to use its scooter sharing service at any place and time.Short description of some of the most important features of Zig Zag's App that helps you search, book and use scooters in your surroundings.
Sign up : start by signing up directly on our app or website www.zigzagsharing.com. You can always modify your account, discover everything about our service and check the latest offers available to you.
- Booking: Check the map on your App or website to find the most convenient scooter, you have 30 minutes to reach it. You can book any scooter you see on the streets as long as it’s available. All you have to do is enter its plate number in the search box.
- Rental: reach the scooter you have booked. Start the rental to unblock the seat. Check if the scooter is clean and inform us via App about the potential damage. After you have restored the keys of the trunk and closed the seat, you can then turn on the panel instrument via App.
- Stop by and end the rental: if you would like to stopover, park your scooter and turn off the engine by pressing the red button on the panel instrument. With the App, choose “Stopover” , open the seat, put the helmet back in and make sure you have closed the seat. When ready, start your ride again by pressing “Resume Rental”.
If you would you like to end the rental, park your scooter properly within white or blue lanes and within the Zig Zag service area. Turn the engine off by pressing the red button on the panel instrument and remember to put the scooter on the center stand. Choose “End the rental” option on your App, open the seat, put the helmet back in it and make sure everything is in its place. At this point press “End the rental” button and… see you next time!

1 ★Problemi. Non funziona bene, mi hanno chiesto 118 Euro per 24 ore dinoleggio al posto di 59 dicendo che 59 Euro erano di cauzione e poi misarebbero stati restituiti. Motivando questo col fatto che loro miavrebbero telefonato ed io non avrei risposto. Ho parlato con loro mentreero fuori area di poche centinaia di metri comunque sempre dentro Milano.In ogni caso da loro condizioni e possibile recarsi fuori area,semplicemente non è possibile chiudere il noleggio. Nonostante questoinsistono ritenendo d'aver ragione . Semplicemente non sono contenti setieni la moto per 20 ore, vorrebbero che la tenessi per 5 ore e pagassi perl'intera giornata. Assolutamente da evitare !!!!! Loro risposta : GentileSig. , come da accordi telefonici le confermo che sul suo account sonopresenti 2 transazioni da 59€. Una come cauzione durante il noleggio perverificare che non si sia trattato di una frode o uso fraudolento delmezzo. Una seconda transazione, che è scattata quando ha rilasciato loscooter, si riferisce al noleggio effettivo giornaliero. Al momento unatransazione risulta pagata, una transazione risulta ancora pendente. Comegià accennato la invitiamo a saldare l’insolvenza e a comunicarcelo, inmodo da poter poi effettuare uno storno. In questo modo, andrà a pagaresolo il noleggio giornaliero, che ammonta a 59€. 3 ★L'app funziona abbastanza bene ma ho riscontrato due problemi: 1)la zona di noleggio non viene mostrata all'avvio. Per visualizzarla bisogna disattivarla dalle opzioni, tornare alla mappa, riattivarla e tornare alla mappa decisamente scomodo 2)quando si prenota un veicolo, è possibile vedere dove si trova solo cliccando "visualizza percorso" (che apre maps). Sarebbe meglio visualizzare posizione dello scooter e dell'utente anche dopo che si è prenotato
4 ★Rispetto all'app di enjoy, ovviamente con la localizzazione attiva, questa non mostra i veicoli più prossimi ma rimane la schermata di base con la flotta presente su tutta roma, imponendo la ricerca manuale. per il resto l'uso del servizio è di gran lunga più semplice ed intuitivo rispetto alle moto enjoy
