2 ★L' ultimo aggiornamento fa davvero schifo. È poco intuitivo e funziona malissimo! Complimenti!
2 ★Pagamento con carta su wordline (banca BPER) da sistemare, quando arriva notifica su app (se arriva) e si fa accetta quando si torna sul sito la transizione è cancellata. Poi se si attende 1 minuto senza andare alla notifica dovrebbe arrivare un messaggio SMS con il codice da inserire ma non sempre la pagina si aggiorna permettendo di inserire il codice. Alla fine iterando la procedura un paio di volte di solito funziona, ma spendere 15 minuti per fare un pagamento è qualcosa su cui lavorare.
1 ★L'ultimo aggiornamento ha incredibilmente peggiorato l'app, troppi passaggi da fare per operazioni in teoria semplicissime; la tessera rinnovata risulta in app scaduta; le linee preferite non si trovano più e guardare gli orari è inutilmente complicato... rimettetela come prima!
1 ★Only works to display purchased and validated tickets intermittently. Often indicates that there is an error and to try again later. I was unable to exit the Milan metro due to this.

1 ★Una grandissima porcheria, non si capisce mai, e nemmeno quando vai di fretta, è come che ti devi studiare la porcheria di applicazione e usare assolutamente tutte i tuoi neuroni per poterla usare. Inutile, a parte del fatto che ha dei problemi con gli accounts, è una applicazione che vuole sembrare quella con tutte le informazioni ma sembra a codice. Male male
4 ★After a couple of emails and a phone call with the support, they managed to unblock the OTP block on my account.
1 ★Molte volte l'app non carica l'abbonamento e mi tocca aspettare ai tornelli perché non posso uscire/entrare. Mettete che almeno l'abbonamento con NFC può essere usato quando non c'è rete cristo.
1 ★Più volte ho dovuto comprare biglietti fisici perché l'applicazione non funzionava e quindi usare quelli acquistati digitalmente era impossibile. l'app sostiene che tu possa stampare i biglietti tramite il codice pnr, cosa non vera, perché nessuna macchinetta in nessuna stazione ha questa funzione. il codice qr spesso non viene riconosciuto dai tornelli, di nuovo costringendoti a prendere un biglietto fisico e sprecare soldi. Ah, e l'acquisto su app spesso non va a buon fine.
2 ★Beh, dai. Complimenti. Già la vecchia era farraginosa e windowsiana, questa è peggio e metà delle funzioni nemmeno vanno. Che bisogno c'era di buttare i soldi dei contribuenti per farla peggio?
