1 ★Sat 11/05/2024 between 4:30pm -4:45pm. Taxi driver physically threatened me and my mother and verbally abused us for about 5 minutes because we did not want to ride with him. We did not want to ride with him because he was rude, loud and behaving with anger.

1 ★Unreliable and makes no difference if you book for immediate pick up or if you give 105 minutes in advance notice, still unreliable.

1 ★Card could not be verified on perfectly working card

1 ★This app is less than useless, it won't record any address I type in. It also won't drop a pin on the map anywhere I want to go, or be picked up from. Just keeps cycling back to booking page with nothing recorded.
