CATS STS allows customers to book, manage, and cancel their RouteMatch trips. CATS offers paratransit service to individuals who, because of a physical, cognitive or visual disability, cannot access fixed route buses. CATS Special Transportation Service (STS) is a pre-scheduled, shared-ride, origin to destination service. Our service area is defined as the area up to ¾ of a mile on either side of an existing fixed or local bus route.
