Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

2 ★Two stars for current app issues. I found this through Reddit and was excited to see a workout app that let me add customized exercises. I was planning on using it to keep track of my home physical therapy exercises between my PT visits, but any time I make an attempt to save an exercise, the app crashes. Restarting and reinstalling have done nothing, unfortunately.
1 ★I have never seen this app before in my life, it's not even installed on my phone, and yet I just discovered when going through my Google subscription list that they have charged me for this service four times this year. (And twice in January!) I don't see a way to contact the developers, to get my almost $50 refunded. This is soooo incredibly sketchy.
1 ★While the app provides a lot of well rounded and well structured workouts, the app constantly freezes, crashes, and fails to record numbers and finished workouts. A good app for the sake of ease of record keeping, but it's nearly too slow and unreliable to be worth it.
5 ★Actually a pretty awesome app. I've downloaded maybe 15 this past week? This one stands out I like the colors, ui, ease of use. I like that I can add my own exercises and the rest timer starts immediately after I complete an exercise. Pretty cool. Grateful that a lot of features are not behind a pay wall. Thank you!
3 ★Incredibly incredibly annoying that the authors ask for a donation EVERY WORKOUT. The second you press the complete button, there they are - comparing their glorified spreadsheet to a fully blown trainer, asking for a "fair" $20. No dudes. No. Worse than a grocery store check-out plea to round up. Edit: thanks for the response. Add ads. Or paid premium features. Make it worth buying. There are multiple better ways than begging. Your choice on how to monetize, my choice on how annoying i find it
2 ★It's a good app if you've purchased a program on it. However, there isn't any sensible way to see what you did last week, so you're often exiting your workout and scrolling through the calendar to determine what weight you should be doing. It also only works when connected to the internet. So if your gym wifi and reception are bad, you'll be mid-workout looking at a spinning circle, unable to use your rest timer or input your last set.
5 ★anytime I am able to use an app that is intuitive I am satisfied. It is the only app I have used that motivates me. I hate tracking or recording anything to do with lifting. That has changed since using boistcamp. The routines are highly worth investing time in doing. If you are looking for an app that is intuitive and does not waste your time than you need to look no further.
1 ★The newly updated UI is really bad. Old one was way better and I don't understand the need for a change. The older UI showed the workout overview in one place, you just had to change the weeks. Now you have to click on each days to see the workout. Also, the workout overview in the new update shows my workout history, which have a separate page dedicated for it. I don't understand why you would destroy a smoothly functioning app.
3 ★The app was good for the first month of using it. After one month the app stopped remembering my updated exercises and reverted me to previous levels. + has videos that showcase the exercise + has progressions and sometimes even alternative exercises to chose from + looks good - after a month it stopped remembering updated progressions - some videos don't work - some progression steps are a big leap
5 ★A lot of the issues people have rated the app less for seem to have been ironed out as this. Everything works great for me and it's a fantastic convenient tool. Only had one issue of a program I bought on the website not being on my app but this was sorted for me in a few hours after contacting them on Instagram.
3 ★I love using this app but I can't use it anymore!!! I have a phone that is a square screen compared to rectangular ones. Their update page is covering my screen and I cant access the "OK" button due to being bellow my screen. My buttons are working behind this info page. Please provide a way for me to close this update page please. EDIT: Had to close the app a few times for it to not appear. Still would love to not need to do that.
1 ★edit: from 4 star to 1. They reverted the change and the auto timer is back to pro (a basic function which should be free). Also my program was magically lost and have to start over again. Edit2: whish I could give this app 0 stars because how greedy the company behind is became. The plate calculator was always free but to no surprise did they close that off behind a paywall. Big L
