5 ★Great workout buddy, keeps track of your reps and how heavy of weights your lifting, with a small badge when you beat a personal record! You can see exactly what muscle groups you targeted and how many reps you did. Great for being more cognisant about your lifts.
1 ★Makes you pay for basic features like a timer and plate calculator, which other apps do for free.
4 ★Great app, but needs more optimization as the loading screen takes a long time, also they now charge you in order for you to swap an exercise in a program, this is ridiculous and needs to be changed back. Edit: updating my review as they have now fixed it back.
5 ★Very easy to use with an excellent variety of workout plans including video instructions.
