A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

2 ★The content on the app is great but the app itself really sucks it's very slow and not responsive. I have to try to open todays workout and finish the workout multiple times before it actually does anything. I'll tap on start todays workput or finish workout then it'll load for a few seconds and the loading wheel will disappear without the page changing. I always have to do this 3-4 times before it actually switches pages.
4 ★I absolutely love the content. Having the app for over a year it is buggy. Every time I start the workout for that day, it acts as if I am continuing the workout from yesterday, as if I didn't hit complete/finish the last time I had the app open. Then the app won't let me start the next/today's workout until waiting at least 2 minutes on the app so I can hit complete on the old workout. Every single day. Also there's an ad asking to allow notifications every time I open the app. Annoying
1 ★App is extremely glitchy. App doesnt save reps or weight sometimes, other times app doesnt log the workout when advancing to the next. Ive completed workouts then go back the next day and see it wasnt completed.
1 ★Lots of visual HTML. It's not worth the price. Doesn't have a straightforward way to get a refund if in the 7 day "free" trial... you don't want it.
1 ★App doesn't work right and support is barely to non-existant. Paid for a monthly subscription but it never made me an account and support has not answered any emails about this.
4 ★Good workouts. Downside is most programs are a copy paste of what they had their clients doing so everything is pretty specific to that clients goals. While timer is a problem. It whites out the screen and you can't do anything else while it's up. I like looking through the app but it won't let you unless you cancel the timer
1 ★Currently 3 days in without being able to use my membership, which I've paid for. Customer service is ridiculously slow to reply and offer next to no support.
1 ★Very user unfriendly. Does not have any perks like other apps do to monitor progression. Diet section only takes grams with no conversion. Work outs have constant glitches. Also workouts have some random specific machines that not all gyms have. Just all around user unfriendly. For 30 dollars a month I expected more.
5 ★Very informative. I heard of this app on YouTube, so I decided to give the app a try. I think everything that they provide in this app is allstar, and if you have no idea where to start, give this app a try. I just have a suggestion to make my overall experience better. First, I use plantet fitness and their machines, so maybe a section where I can log my workouts and have the algo help me with the reps and sets. I have a routine but would like to have consistent sessions.
3 ★The app is interesting for what it does but none of the videos for execution examples work for me. The way it works is it's a platform for trainers to post their training regiments (not what I expected going in) also you can still keep track of your weight lifting progress. It's also a bit expensive for my 3rd world salary (about the same as the gym membership) and it doesn't seem worth it for me.
