1 ★I paid in cash, the driver did not have changes, he told me that the changes will be added to my wallet. Nothing happened. I raised a claim, nothing happened.
1 ★The driver informed me that the app did not deduct the amount from the app so I paid him in cash and reported the technical issue. Now I checked the app and it shows that amount was deducted from the wallet. I am trying to communicate with Jeeny but its telling I can open only 1 ticket per ride. How can I reach Jeeny now regarding this problem. Unless you give me contact number of your help desk it's useless

5 ★Would've given it 4.5 stars because they have some unprofessional drivers who lower the level of professionalism for the company, yet they still deserve a 5 star review. One of the best service providers with great discounts and offers.
1 ★⛔⛔⛔ 1 star rating!!!!! ⭐ Because the app opens every day many times without my permission!!! 🚩🚩🚩 Jeeny app opnes suddenly and interrupts my work, It spoiles everything!! so I have to sign in to my work again!!! This makes me angry..😡😠😡😠 📌📌📌Despite I use Jeeny for my rides for 5 years!!! But I will disable the Jeeny app for a while, until the company solve this problem.. And if it will not be solved I will Uninstall Jeeny.. 🚫⛔ I will try other apps.. Like ( UBER, TAXIF, CAREEM.. )
3 ★sometimes, it booking disappears and then don't know what is car number how much fare was there.
1 ★Driver always goes to random place or on the other side of the street. Never comes to the right spot, then cancels the ride. I end up paying the cancelation fee. You won't believe many times this happened. And how much time I wasted working w/ this company, trying to get the falsely charged fees. And this time, I sent them numerous msgs. Weeks past, the cancelation fee that the driver initiated is still there. I'm uninstalling this app. I should have done this long time ago.
5 ★I have used Jeeny ride-hailing app from last 6 months and completely satisfied with their service. It is really easy to book a ride to work and communte back to home. In my opinion, this is one of best ride hailing app in Jordan. Keep up the good work. 👍
1 ★The driver canceled the trip without referring to me and did not reach the correct location and his behavior was very bad. This is the worst app I have ever installed
1 ★it gives you the wrong price, the price before your journey is way cheaper than the price you pay when you reach the destination, absolutely horrendous.
3 ★Very bad application, the map is very unresponsive, the drivers not professionals, the waiting time is very long. I do not recommend this app
1 ★Before booking a car it shows 2 min for driver to arrive after confirmation it showing 15 minutes for driver to reach the location and also if we are cancel this they are deducting 6 riyals for it.
