1 ★While dealing with a driver that did not want to deliver my order to the right place, and did not want to cancel the order from his side, (we as customers cant cancel 1 min after the order is sent), i had to call the driver 3 times to let him cancel. HE AGREED to cancel and then proceeded to "deliver" my order to the marked location which was incorrect. I even sent the guy my location on whatsapp and he didn't come. So, hungerstation refused to refund me, & the driver got to eat for free. Awful
1 ★Very bad today I ordered, my order was ready rider collected then he went to deliver other order and brought my order after other delivery!!! My meal came late and cold very disappointing
1 ★Very bad application.. 1. fake prices. 2.alot of crashes. 3.not secure for visa & master. 4.very bad customer service. 5. very bad customer support. 6. Cheating team "escalation team" make fake calls they just give only one ringing on your mobile ... so you must be clever customer and holding your phone steady for answer they calls to solve your problems and issues !!!! 🙄🤔 7. Fake offers. 8.takes alot of your mobile data in loading.
1 ★Very bad delivery and customer service is worse.. the delivery took 1 hour and 35 minutes i send messages to the help center they didn't help at all the order was cery bad because it was fried dessert when it come we throw it ... the driver give my number to 4 people on his way to send them location to help him .. no privacy at all .. no customer care at all

5 ★the primary app for ordering food in KSA. It features most of what you would expect from a food delivery app, but I removed a star due to a few bugs where it does not update the map unless I restart the app. It is also annoying for the tax invoice to be separate from the order receipt. I could not find a way to retrieve the tax invoice on a computer and must use the app.
1 ★Very bad experience I paid with visa diddnt receive my order and dodnt get refund ...and the deli ery didn't call and sent a message I responded to him and then he didn't respond and canceled my order they didn't refund me claiming that this reason they don't refund this I paid for ksmetging I didn't receive I very never seen something like that
1 ★There were wrong items in my order, and I can't report it because the upload an image button doesn't work. and there is no other way to contact customer support.
4 ★It took a while to solve an issue i had with the app, but they reached out and it was done, could work on faster more responsive customer service but it's a great app overall!
1 ★Extremely impolite and rude delivery person with no clear communication. App does not support Apply Pay. App says order not booked still order is booked ie wrong communication. First experience with many problems.
