This is problem in your sensor. It has date set up to 1970. You need to change it. Start this app, click on sensor -> click on device settings tab -> click on write device time. This fix your issue.
To whom has problem with location permission needed:If this is a problem for you, don't use this app and use something else. I was happy to receive my Mijia thermometers (square ones) but not happy at all with apps on google play. They were all slow as hell with terrible user experience, so I created my own app.

There is only one supported device at the moment. I don't have other sensors and don't need them. So if need to support also other sensors you would need to donate me money so I can buy them and support them.
