1 ★Worst airline App, if I m in other city it keeps selecting the city I m in as starting point for a new booking. Frustrating - what to do ? No competition so these guys are going worst - no improvement possible. Unfortunately other options are poor too
3 ★Off late IndiGo is serving stale sandwiches against 6E flexi. There were many incidents where customers were not assisted during flight. Many seats were found to be faulty. Especially when the flight is taking off, seats were leaning behind. All these things were happiness because of monopoly
2 ★I never able to complete check in on your app. Same problem heard from friends. I always need to go to web for check in. This app returns an error after entering all the details for check in.
1 ★I did web check-in for my flight one day in advance with auto seat assignment. In spite of that I can't download my boarding pass either with the indigo app or website even though my flight departure is just 2 and half hours from now. It simply asks me to buy paid seats. It's a very bad unethical tactic for Indigo to force users to buy paid seats.
1 ★Indigo always messages me with coupon code for discount but there is no option in the app for coupon code. On website I tried, it gave error that it can't apply for my itinerary. Earlier app was so much better. New design is very bad. Can't change date easily for 1 day back or after.
3 ★Multiple times error occuring during booking. Updated: It was issue with indigo server. However there is always issue with doing web check in from app and boarding gate shows wrong. Looks like it shows default value of 1
1 ★Mangled my DOB to one day before the date I submitted, band impossible to edit. Logged in under Apple after which unable to login again. Tried to use my mobile number to login ( as displayed), but did not receive the OTP. Mysteriously, my wife got OTP instead, but couldn't log in anyway. Who designed this software?
1 ★When I search for booking tickets through app, it's closed automatically, I send a mail to customer care and chat with customers care representative but there is no action taken on this issue. Now I am able to check my previously booking tickets.
1 ★very bad but I had no choice. on first attempt it deducted my credit card but no booking was confirmed. there was no way to contact customer service. finally asked someone in India to contact them. who could not trace booking. now I have 2 credit card transactions and hope first one will be reversed.
5 ★I recently had a very bad experience with one of the app. And i have mentioned to them about the customer service of Indigo. Then i realized i never wrote it here. Their app not the best. Not best services in terms of extra points etc. But theyr customer service is the best. been a loyal for 8 years. I love each and every customer care person i have ever spoken to. love you guys.I always use your example for other services to learn from. Kuddos to your management..
2 ★Earlier the app was running properly, since update I am not able to web check-in through the app. It's always showing there has been an error. Later on I have to call customer care and then I need to check in via Dottie.
1 ★Forced to use half baked app. Web transaction deliberately failed to push app. App discount is negligible. Can't print. Can t send to email address which they have already mailed ticket.
