5 ★I like it. It's very easy to use, sometimes you cant get thru. I guess the line be over loading . When alot of people trying to process their claim..Remember it is a computer, other than that little problem the app easy to use , as I replied I like it....Yes I would recommend you to get the app.Thank You.....

4 ★I'm being generous with 4 stars. While the app is convenient, it doesn't always work and I end up having to go directly to mdes.gov anyway. When it works, it works well.

2 ★The app is incredibly slow. Sometimes it opens and most times it does not open. Most times when the app does open it does not allow me to open at tabs within the app. The app should have been greatly upgraded to handle the influx of people. If you are sincere about serving the people during times like this you should have an app that can handle this many people. I have been filing unemployment for 4 weeks and have yet to receive 1 payment....DAMN!!!!!

5 ★This app is super easy to use... whether you're looking for a job, filing your weekly claims or just checking on notifications. Glad to have it

4 ★This app is handy and saves you the trouble of opening the web page each time. I do feel however, that a date for disbursement of funds or delivery of card, should be included on the app. I wished i would have filed earlier than i did, because its been 7 weeks and I'm out of money for groceries. Fingers crossed soon!

2 ★When I go to file my weekly certification, I answer question 5 and it just sits there. Then when I press the arrow to go pass question 5, it tells me that question 1 must be answered. IT WAS! Now I am stuck in this loop. Can't go online anymore! Can't get anyone to answer the phone! So very upsetting!

1 ★Many times app hasn't accepted work search requirements I've put in 7 different work searches and shows 1 resulting in denial of the claim week, so no im not impressed by the app

3 ★I had problems moving passed the questions. It keep asking me to answer question 1 again, which I had to re-answer 4 times before moving to the next step.

3 ★Sometimes you can enter all information and app will not save it. Requiring me to reenter the information several times.

3 ★The app was not working well. Had to keep going back and start over 4 times before it worked. Not comfortablle with the filing but web site down and had no choice

5 ★Super easy to use & really easy to complete my weekly certification and enter my work search info into the journal to automatically pull to the certification.
