We offer you the 2N® Helios IP Mobile application, thanks to which you’ll be able to see images from a 2N® Helios IP door intercom camera on the display of your mobile device and find out who’s at your door. Then it’s up to you whether or not you open the door and let your visitor in.
The 2N® Helios IP Mobile application enables you to not only see video and door intercom feeds, but to also communicate with the visitor at your door. All without complicated set-up, because using the application is very simple.
The 2N® Helios IP Mobile application is available for supported mobile phones and tablets with an Android 4.4 operating system or higher.

Download 2N® Helios IP Mobile APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

2 ★Despite the 2N being configured to answer calls (automatic pickup) I cannot place a call to the intercom in this version, but could fine in other versions.
5 ★I am glad to see big improvements with each new release. Application is reliable and it has good sound and video quality.
2 ★UPDATE 8/11. 2N Continues to make progress, however still myriad issues. The registration issues seem to have been resolved through both an app update and a firmware update on the door stations, so this is progress. Adding one star because of this. However, the app still has conditions that will cause it to crash on ring which causes it to play its ringer constantly until you force close it- and not the typical android swipe up, you must either reboot or go into settings/application/2n- force close. The app used to have an issue where it would not come to the foreground on ring consistently but that seems to be resolved as well pending further testing- of course this depends on if the app is stuck in a crashed state. Video preview also seems to still struggle if multiple clients are ringing at once so if you are using this in a larger installation you may witness that issue. Overall I am very impressed that 2N seems to have doubled their efforts in making this app useable, with frequent updates and excellent communication over the past 4 months. I have high hopes I'll be giving this app 5 stars soon.

2 ★When your phone its calling the answer/hang up button its to short displayed, like 1 second. So you cant answer and also you cant open the door.
4 ★I don't see an option to open a second door with this app. I can only open the passenger door at the gate but not the slide door for cars. With a voip phone connection this works fine.
2 ★Better functionality than iOS, but crashes when you try to accept call. Video works, as does Listen, Calling Vario works, but Vario to tablet does not.
