2 ★The two stars are for the years of great service I experienced, until now. I always had great experiences. Recently, I have had appointments go missing from my book. I have contacted 3-4 different customer service representatives and after they realized it was NOT "user error" as they previously suggested - all I get is "it's fixed". They have told me twice now the issue is resolved and I unfortunately won't know - until it happens again. I really loved Vagaro until this started happening.

5 ★Easy to use & reliable... No problem setting my appts. Plus you can learn about other local businesses and their services, promotions, etc.
1 ★I signed up for a trial to take a look and see if it would work for me. I've yet to be able to cancel because you have to call within their business hours to cancel. No way to cancel online or via their chat option. Do not sign up unless you plan to use this app or have all the time in the world to call during their hours. Please make canceling easier for those that don't wish to continue service. This has left a poor taste in my mouth, would not recommend this app!
1 ★This app does not perform well over WiFi or in areas with poor cell signal; which is a majority of what I have access to. This causes the app to be slow and clunky. Upon reporting the issue I was told it's because I don't have enough service - which I can't control. Fortunately my providers have left salons that use this app and I no longer have to struggle with performance quality.
1 ★This app sucks! I'd used the online version earlier, but couldn't log in. I was 2 or 3 pages in to resetting the password before it told me that a password needs to be 9 characters long. Finally got in, searched for my stylist in my home town by entering the zip. It only offered me 2 choices, more than 100 miles away. Entered her business name - surprise! There is a business with that zip. If I didn't need to use this to book with my stylist, I never would use it. IT SUCKS!
2 ★It works but it's definitely not a fluid experience. It's hard to look up places if you already know the name. Trying to access my bookmarks I always have to click on the tab twice because it will glitch back to the main page. Every. Time. I definitely prefer online booking over doing it on the phone but this is rough at best. I really hope some of the people I go see for services make the switch over to something else.
4 ★I love how I can look for specific services wherever I am at. I moved states recently and it was easy to start looking for services near me. You want your nails done, just search the app for that. The same with hair and makeup. Not able to book with everyone through the app but I at least can get information to call.
1 ★This app freezes allllllllllll the time! Everytime. No matter what i do to make it better... It just freezes. Its so slow and never responds. When it does... It doesn't do it until minutes later. This app is trash. If you create an app that has never worked well then ya probably she rethink the entire app. I do not recomend this app to anyone. Ever! Absolutely terrible!
5 ★Wonderful app for making your beauty appointments. Easy to use, just select your provider and follow the prompts to set up your dates. You get a notice your request wad received and has been approved. Then one advising of your confirmation and a request for you to confirm, then a reminder of your appointment and offer to add it to your calendar.
3 ★App worked great for a long time but recent updates have caused issues. When i try to book an appointment with my bookmarked business, the screen goes white and never loads. I'm forced to go to past appointments to rebook. Problem with that is the app splits the two services up instead of bundling which is how it was done going through the original booking process and before updates caused issues. It's easier to book 1 hr when bundled then trying to find two 30 min sessions available.
