1 ★App does not work, when I first brought it I had trouble with finding the light blub I had to do numerous scans before it found it, so just used it as a normal light blub and now the app won't even work. Wouldn't buy another one of these lightblubs and wouldn't bother downloading the app as it only takes storage room and doesn't work!!!!!!!!

1 ★Upgrading your phone makes this app unusable. You would think the people who made this app would work on getting a new update or something. At least let the people who are downloading it know that it is not compatible with newer phones. A warning would be nice.

1 ★App is trashed and their dev team is extremely slow to fix any major issues with the app. You would think getting the app for your lightbulbs to actually open would be an all hands on deck situation, but they have shown they do not care. Will not buy another product of theirs. Only solution they have involves using an old phone as if the typical consumer is going to use that work around. Everyone should rate their kasa smart app as well to warn others of what they do.

1 ★Terrible. After upgrading phone the app no longer works. Will not even open tried to install on an old phone to upgrade bulb and there are no firmware updates. This app is now worthless and makes my bulbs worthless as well.
