NEW- When you add meter readings, the Modified Date field will be automatically filled with the current date. You can modify the date by tapping this field.
FIXED
- Upon creating an immediate transfer, the truck was pulled up as a destination location so you couldn't search by truck on the Source Location screen. The truck will no longer be pre-populated.
- When you attempted to scan the NFC Tag on the Validate Asset screen, the Ready to Scan message appeared and the NFC Tag couldn't be scanned

1 ★I yet, to get it to work. It doesn't recognize my log in information and doesn't send any thing to a backup email even though it gives you a message that it has sent you an email to change your password... which I have tried each time to see if I can reset my password to get this app to work! I spend 15 to 20 minutes each time I have gone out to a job location and end up not able to log into the app. Tech help is pointless and not reliable. This Service Channel system causes more wasted time.
1 ★The issues with this app are blatantly obvious and very annoying. The company i work for depends on it for our getting paid after each job, and the hurdles we have to go through when it doesn't work properly to assure we do get paid, well if you have an hour i would be more than happy to go through the process with you. Anyway this app has serious flaws that need fixed or it's going to put a lot of people out of business.
1 ★Tells me security issues other invalid issues when trying to punch in or out or says I am out of range wich I am most deffinatly not. This app is very poor and has alot of issues the old version was much more effective and useful. please go back to the old version or fix this one. It forced me to punch in late today due to all kinds of different errors! THIS IS NOT OK OR ACCEPTABLE! Still saying out of range while in store! You guy's had it running smooth, I updated last night 12/17/19 BOOOOOO
1 ★Once I check out and close the app, it continues to monitor my location. I do not need this company to follow me home. If you want an app that stalks you while you are at home with family then download this. You need to fix this issue immediately. I have seen other reviews for the same problem and you do nothing to fix it.
2 ★App is useful for logging service times and details when its functioning normally, however its very buggy and has constant issues with error messages and GPS accuracy. If the developers can work out all thr kinks it could be a good tool for the workplace, but as of this writing it needs some improving.
1 ★Old app needs to be returned til new app is resolved. Have an over 2 month work order into developer to resolve an issue that has not been resolved. All old completed work orders left on app and has to many errors that is giving my office more work to do checking me in and out of jobs. As previous reviews state app is still non operational and ever since pandemic phone number is not working to people able to check in and out as well so they can dispute bills. There is no accountability by them.
2 ★Lots of errors when checking in and out. Says more than 1 mile away when in parking lot of location. Checks you into the lasts work order you worked on, not the one you are actually working on. Old app worked without error. This upgrade is a downgrade.
1 ★This app is horrific! Please bring back the old one. This new app makes checking in and out for contractors extremely complex and ineffecient costing everyone time and money. App technical support is message based only and useless. Checking in now takes multiple entries and searches, and there is no way to delete completed work orders so you have to sort through dozens of work orders to find the one you are looking for.
1 ★you know the old saying if it ain't broke don't fix it. a used to work great until they decided to so-called update it not doesn't work half the times my keyboard is in the way of the buttons I should hit and there's no way to get it out of the way totally 100% sucks used to work perfect
1 ★can not check in says more than Mile away when standing in middle of store. Then once I get checked in it will not always check out saying I haven't entered any info. Do. it need to sunset original app till this one is fixed. also stop deleting all the bad reviews and fix the app
1 ★Rarely ever works, either the GPS coordinates are way off or it vaguely states "something went wrong." I can't comprehend why they would force clients to use this app before they got the bugs out.
1 ★who is the idiot that designed this all it does is waste time you changed something that wasn't broke you can be sitting directly in front of the location and it tells you your a mile away and it will not let you clock in it says you can't find your PIN number big waste of time if you move around the location sometimes it works and sometimes it don't a big waste of time for technicians
