How to install Sinemia APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Sinemia APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
Go to your phone Settings page
Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
Check the Unknown Sources box
Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads

1 ★I Bought a yearly plan. not even half way through and it is not working for me anymore. I keep getting "an unknown error occured. Try again later" for the last month or so. I have emailed custumer service EVERY DAY in the last two weeks and no response . That is 14 emails with no response. Horrible customer service. I truely feel robbed by this company.
1 ★Terrible app/service. They updated the app a few weeks ago and the "I don't pay convenience fees" option dissappeared. I've been sending several emails to them since February and have received 1 response with a "we are working on it." I replied back and never received a follow-up. I paid for a year membership for 2 people and completely regret it. I haven't been able to use the app for almost 2 months now. Save yourself the money and headache and don't use this service!
1 ★Not very happy with this service. I paid for a full year upfront, big mistake. The app gets way too many errors, most of them aren't in english! My card is denied so I have paid for more movies out of pocket then actually using the service, its too long just to get a ticket. The help line isn't helpful as they just give me tips for better using the app, but I don't want tips, I just want the service to work. I don't reccomend investing, but If you do, start with one month, as they refuse refunds.
1 ★Rip off! I bought the unlimited package for the $70 sale price (I didn't pay extra to get the immediate activation). Once I got the notice that my subscription was available, I immediately tried to use the app. Well, even though I'm signed in, the app doesn't recognize my subscription. So, I tried accessing it online. While this access point acknowledges my membership the shows that are available on the app are suddenly unavailable online. I emailed customer service weeks ago, no response.
1 ★Like most people here things started out fairly positive. I purchased the enhanced 2 movies a month (3D, Imax) plan for 6 people. It cost me about $500.00 but I figured it would be a good deal in the long run. Well we have been able to see 2 movies and the app stopped working. Support does not respond to emails. To make matters worse, after we saw the first movie the app updated and now requires a $.90 convenience fee per ticket. Even though I don't pay any and begs for tips after the movie.
1 ★The app itself works fine. the interface is intuitive, the comments and ratings features are a great way to hear from others who have seen the same movie. The problem is the company, after buying the two ticket plan for two people i thought i was done. They keep squeezing money out of you, however. I had to pay convenience fees with every purchase which are standard but I'm an AMC Stubs premium member who doesnt have to pay them. To avoid this i had to pay $50 for a physical card! ridiculous
1 ★Complete waste, app wouldn't work properly once I got signed up. Saw a couple movies then they wanted ID, charge hidden fees and then penalties happen if you don't check in.....which is not a easy as it sounds. Now I can not see a movie as I can not get past the confirm screen. Customer service won't answer either. This is a complete scam and if I could get my money back I would. Good luck figuring that at.
1 ★I wish I can give no stars for what I am going through. it's been more than a month that I was continuously mailing them and they dont respond. "unknown error occurred please try again later" I tried to figure out options to solve this myself. I cleared the cache and cleared data but still doesnt work the same. this app is super frustrating. if we need to figure out options and run the app, what's the point of having it. they dont refund and they dont respond. please be aware of this sinemia
1 ★The app is not very good. It is not intuitive. However, the app is a dream compared to the company itself. They recently cancelled my account stating fraudulent use as the reason. What??? I forgot to check in for one movie. Other than that, there was nothing fraudulent that happened. Plus they ask for you state issued photo ID. What??? Why would they need that? Do other online merchants require a state issued ID? Imagine if amazon did that.... One last comment. I purchased a gift card for myself they have a 30% off sale, so seemed like a good deal (BTW, I bought it as a way to cover the hidden fees they charge for online tickets beyond what fandango charges). However, they didn't have a way for me to actually add the gift card to my account. I contacted support multiple times about how to apply the gift card to my account. Have not heard a peep from them. I also have contacted them multiple times about why the suspended my account. You guessed it, not a peep.... I have a few more stories I could share, but I'll stop. You can save money, but you be prepared to deal with the headaches.
1 ★The app doesn't do the one thing it is supposed to do. It doesn't let you buy tickets. it just returns an "unknown error". When it does let you buy tickets, it charges various fees. Sinemia states in the App that it will not charge a convience fee if the ticket selling website doesn't charge one, but forces you to pay a minimum convenience fee of $0.90 even if the website doesn't charge the fee. This is in addition to $1.80 credit card processing fee they charge. Stay away if you can.
1 ★After being mostly happy with this app for 8 months (the app was never user friendly and support is practically nonexistent), I am ready to say BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY A YEARLY PLAN!! I have not been able to purchase a ticket for a month now. The price you pay for this service is really not worth what you get. I'm pretty sure sinemia has decided for all those having issues that we've gotten enough out of their service and they no longer need to provide us any. TOTAL SCAM.
1 ★Hidden and excessive fees tacked on to the promoted pricing, poor interface, useless customer service, and now the app has a "glitch" that won't let me purchase a ticket because I cannot select any theater or website without an error (conveniently the week before Captain Marvel came out). Just spend your money at a theater or find a better service, it'll save you a lot of hassle in the long run.
