1 ★How hard is it to list what the movie is about. I have to use another app or go to another website to see what the movie is about. Ridiculous.
5 ★I've used this app multiple times a month now for over a year to see movies at my local Showcases and I love it and the subscribe program. I've only ever had issues twice, and both times customer service was super responsive and friendly, and they went above and beyond to take care of the issue and also make sure I didn't lose out on any of the benefits of my subscription. Easy to use and a good deal for monthly movie goers.
1 ★OMG! Fix the date of birth entry screen during sign up. Unbelievable!
2 ★Navigation through this app is awful. You get to the profile screen, and there are no navigation buttons to get you back to the main or previous screen. Didn't anyone test this with a real person?

Thought it'd be fun to buy pre-paid for tickets to go back to movie watching post pandemic, but honestly the app Sucks, it's a fail! It makes the whole movie experience anxiety inducing. After the Summer and requisite 3 month obligation. I'll be deleting it.

The app is no longer working at all now. it usually displays a blank screen for movie times. I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling without success. We also tried installing on another cell phone with no success. Sent 2 emails to customer service, no reply. No other contact info avail.
1 ★Currently showing only a single theater available for reservations that is 50 miles away. For a subscription service that offers way less than it's competitor at AMC, this app should work way better

2 ★Sad that you don't allow unused movie tix to rollover. Also, what is this 3 device change limit? I get that some people buy tix and then sell them so youre trying to protect the integrity of the product, but in 2022, not THAT many people are going to the movies. Just let me check in from anywhere so I can let friends enjoy a movie when I can't go
