تدور أحداث الرواية حول فكرة تأسيس ولايات عربية متحدة، قد يبدو عنوان الرواية بعيد عن المضمون، إلا أن البطل مريض نفسي وهو من تكبد عناء وضع الأسس اللازمة للوصول إلا الفكرة الرئيسية في الرواية وهي توحيد العرب ضمن دولة واحدة، لها عملة واحدة، راية واحدة، وسياسة واحدة، وإقتصاد واحد، وقوة عسكرية متحدة.. لكن الأمر ليس بهذه السهولة! والعلة ليست بالحكومات العربية، وإنما بالشعوب نفسها!! إذ الرواية تشير إلى أن هناك بعض الأساسيات التي يجب على العرب أولاً تخطيها قبل الذهاب بعيداً نحو الوحدة العربية، ألا وهي -أولاً- وحدة الإنسان من الداخل، وحدة الإنسان العربي نفسه، فيتخلص بدايةً من الإزدواجية والتشتت الذي يعيش بهما، وبعد أن يحقق ذلك عليه أن يمر بتوحيد أجزاء فكره، إذ يعتقد الكاتب أن إعادة ضبط ترددات الاهتمام في عقل الإنسان العربي ينطلق من نزع اهتمامه بما هو تافه ككرة القدم والمسلسلات الساذجة المتعلقة بالعشق والغرام الأسطورية غير الواقعية وما يشابه تلك الاهتمامات التي يتمسك بها العرب، ومن ثم زرع فكرة الوطن الواحد لكل العرب، أن يدعها مجرد فكرة يحلم بها ومن ثم تبدأ بالنمو حتى تصير من فكرة إلى فكر، ومن فكر إلى تصرفات. هذه التصرفات تنشئ من تلقاء نفسها؛ فيجد العربي لا يتقبل العنصرية، ولا الحقد، بل تُخلق لديه دافعية مقاومة تلك المشاعر ورفضها، فيصبح الرسام يبدع في لوحات تتعلق بوطن عربي واحد، والكاتب يكتب عن ولايات عربية متحدة، والمخرجين يتجهون إلى إخراج أفلاماً تتعلق بهذا الموضوع. يخلق الكاتب سيناريو الفوضى من أجل نقل هذه الأفكار لجميع العرب، إذ هناك منظمة عربية سرية تُدعى "المنظمة البيضاء" تتدخل بالأمر، بين المريض نفسي هذا وطبيبه فيسعون إلى نهب جميع جلساته كي ينشروها على المحطات الفضائية جميعها -على قمري النايل سات والعرب سات- بعد (تهكيرهما) فضخ محتويات الجلسات من خلالهما. لكن أيضاً، ليس بهذه السهولة! فكيف ستجري الأحداث !؟ وإلى أين !؟How to install جلسات مريض نفسي APK on Android phone or tablet?
