La devoción al Señor de los Milagros nos invita a rendir culto al Señor en el sublime misterio de la cruz. Nuestra devoción no se dirige a la imagen material en sí. Ella es un venerable símbolo. Esta imagen, es una de las más veneradas, tanto así que todos los 14 de cada mes se celebran eucaristías en diferentes iglesias del país en memoria del santo de Buga a la que acuden, de manera especial, los enfermos.
Esta novena es una gran devoción que nos invita a una verdadera reconciliación con Dios y experimentar un encuentro verdadero de amor y misericordia. Para que con sencillez y apertura de mente y corazón, presenten al mundo a Cristo como único y verdadero salvador de la humanidad. Para que, con Cristo en el centro de ella, encuentren la armonía y la paz entre todos sus miembros, mediante el dialogo y la comunicación.
