1 ★What happened to this application? I used to use it for a long time, and I have paid to avoid the ads. However, now I am encountering them again. I DO NOT WANT YOUR QUALBOX. I installed the app and paid for it TO PRAY ON TIME and TO READ the Quran. Now the ads are appearing again. My 1) settings for Athan, 2) praying track, 3) my fasting calendar are resetting almost every single day. I reached out to tech support, but NOBODY SEEMS TO CARE. Brothers and sisters, I want to make you aware.
2 ★So overnight, you have decided to remove Syuruk from the list of prayers timing. Sorry, I'm leaving this app. You keep "improving" it until I don't recognise it anymore. It was a good app back then, fits all our needs. I understand the need to make it sustainable but what worked was constantly altered, one after another. So many reviews have told you that but you keep changing nevertheless. Thank you for the many years of service. I will always remember and appreciate it. Jazakallah. 🙇🏼♂️
1 ★Your every update only makes the app stupider and buggier. First I lost my ability to track Quran reading because my Check bookmarks keep disappearing from the Checked menu (and customer service tried to help by teach me how to set a bookmark again😑). Now, you removed the Sunrise time so I don't know when Fajr expires, for the Salah tracking calender. I don't want Salah tracking, I turned it off and still no Sunrise time. I just need to know when Sunrise happens so I can pray Fajr before.
1 ★I used to love Muslim Pro because it was the best app to help me keep track of my prayers and reading, but now it just deletes my praying progress every other day and I have to re-position the reading tracking almost every day, and it keeps logging me out and I have to log back in. I don't know what the recent updates did, but they're not working.
1 ★You already sold the information to third party vendor's, so there's no point in telling me that I have access to rectify and delete the portability of my data. This app is also filled with constant garbage ads. And even sometimes gets stuck at the window screen.
1 ★Dear Sir, I am a Premium Subscriber to the Muslim Pro Application since the Year 2017. Please find attached the Screenshot of the Application showing the neuseating advertisements competing with me to access the Muslim Pro Application. I have sent several emails to you on this issue and which you have not been able to resolve the issue. It is not fair and it is frustrating that I can no longer enjoy the Application. I paid for the Premium Version then because I did not like the advertisements.
1 ★Okay so I'm going to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star, that way you guys might notice this HUGE BUG. This app was doing wonders ماشاءاللہ. However, the tasbeeh counter Oh God. It resets, and I MEAN IT. It RESETS my entire history and data of adhkaar's whenever I reopen the app. What is this? I had sent an email, I tried reaching out to you guys via in built complain center. I even wrote you guys there. TIme to time, I download this app, that maybe, just maybe the bug is fixed..Nothing.
3 ★I have paid for the premium but after I changed to my new phone. I found my account full of ads that shouldn't be there. Has my premium account been terminated even though I made the payment 4 years ago, I only need to pay once for the subscription that time
1 ★My experience is very bad because the admin basically made it for adds only. On every next click we see adds instead of prayer times. Even it starts with adds. I have deleted it and installed another app which has no adds.
1 ★Initially it was great ...helped me in making my Qur'an recitation a habit ...but once it asked me to give a survey and after that survey the app is crashing down continuously and all my previous data is also deleted ..now I am unable to open the app and read the Qur'an which is so annoying...I mailed them once about data deletion and that was not fully resolved but now the app is not even opening...annoyed
2 ★Overall a decent app. My friend on an iphone can see what time sunrise is but I (on an Android) can't. Ads on an app that calls for prayer shouldn't be there, especially the ones with music in them.
2 ★I like this app. Can I suggest dhikr after prayer to be added? I would give it a 5 if the advertisements are not in video format. Imagine, me in prayer, reading surahs from the app and I have to wait for the advertisement videos to load and finish before I get to my surah? INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. May God forgive me for being frustrated with this in prayer as well. I think when we click Quran it should not be interrupted with ads
