3 ★Lags repeatedly. Have lost runs due to this problem. Hard to reach anyone for support and when you tell them the app doesn't give you the option to not deliver you get a lecture and told to look closer even as you keep telling them it's not an option
5 ★Job is cool. The app needs big improvement. When multiple orders are coming in. It's impossible to accept because of the reloading it does to show you new orders. Other then that it's not bad at all. Gotta have strong signal and I good decent phone.

2 ★Verify There ID u can't scan the barcode in & typing it is horrible u have to go through years to get the correct year this is not possible some people are older going back to those many years is just ridiculous & embarrassing When I 1st started I got lots of trips it was very hard competing with other drivers to get the trips now I may get 2 or 3 trips a day app freeze when trying to accept trips that come in sometimes is to far & makes u late or waiting for them to load car makes you late to
1 ★When I 1st started it was so easy and could make good money. But now with the apps changed its getting more difficult as we don't see the trips we receive it's too fast for us to accept . The app doesn't give me a chance to accept calls. I hope they go back to the old method where in we can set our availability and get calls easily. Without troubleshooting daily and reporting the problem to spark. Where there is no action taken. We too should get a chance to drive accept calls.
1 ★Got orders yesterday ,on July 1,but come today no orders and app.keeps spinning ,and no activity today so far ,are you all having app. Issues again ,very frustrating, thinking about giving up spark deliveries.
4 ★For whatever reason, the in app navigator doesn'twork for me. I have to open my own navigator app and input the customer's address. And... Why can I not input that I arrived at the store whrn I actually arrive? The app shows the order is ready and I wasn't far when I accepted the offer. But I have to wait because I arrived 20 minutes early?
3 ★The only complaint I have, is the app is super inconsistent, I accepted an offer this morning, and it told me it was no longer available, 15min later I get a notification that my delivery is ready to begin, the same one that said was no longer available, so I had to be at walmart by 10:45am and it was 10:15am and I live 45 minutes away. so I was 15 minutes late because of the app, other then that I've enjoyed it so far I just wish the app was more consistent.
2 ★App no longer works i get notifications but on the trips menu it just spins and says error has occurrd try again. I deleted and re download same problem...
1 ★It's great at first--you get non-stop offers and you're hopping all day and making great money. But after a couple weeks they start giving you less offers. If you contact them about it they always say the same thing: make sure your app and system are updated, close and reopen the app, log out and log back in... None of which works. If you reply to the email they always say something like "we see that you had 25 trips last week (insinuating that that is enough) and we can't guarantee work".
2 ★I have been doing spark since Oct 2020. The app used to work wonderfully up until a couple of weeks ago. It no longer sends offers the way it used to and when the first come first serve notification comes across the screen nothing actually pops up to accept. It is very frustrating to go from making a certain amount every week to making almost nothing. It's been like this since spark now was incorporated into the app. I hope the issue is fixed soon. I really enjoy doing this part-time.
1 ★Constant problems. App works fine as long as no runs come through. Mostly. But as soon as orders come in the spinning wheel of death happens. I have been able to push the accept button with the result of the spinning wheel again and the run not being able to be accepted. I have family and friends also trying to work through spark, I say trying because they are always having the same issues I am. So this is not a phone or network specific issues. I have tried to send videos Spark mail won't accep
