No mask worn by orange bus driver and attender.. even passanger didn't wear mask or our temperature was never checked during the travel.. there was this passanger coughing in my next seat.. What ever the promised the bus would provide they have failed big during this covid pandamic.. Unexpected fot Orange travels..felt your customers no more important to you guys

2 ★bus is good but the app is very very bad. most of the time it don't open, need to hard quit and open again 2-3 times. second the ticket booking is a bad experience. takes loads of time. first it showed me ticket booking cancelled, but when i reopened the app, the ticket was booked. third, the bus tracking is not working at all. please fix these.

My bus got delayed by 1 hour and when I tried to contact the customer care it didn't get connect to them.Then I messaged them through watsapp and I told them my issue ,they saw my message and they blocked me.such a bad experience!!! And also can't even track the bus. The option is there but it is showing wrong places , then why the option is given
1 ★They are the worst among travels. Don't be fooled by ratings. I travelled from hyd to Shiridi on Feb 28th by AC Sleeper. The bus was stopped by RTA as there were more seats than allowed. Reached Shiridi by 3pm where as scheduled time was 8AM. Very unprofessional Customer care. They don't care about customer benifit or safety. All they are about is making money. Today a sleeper bus caught fire. They don't give a damn about customer safety. Stay away from Orange travels if you care about safety!!!

1 ★Too worst service i come across. earlier trips were so good, i thought they will maintain it... Online tracking of vehicle is not functioning and had to stand for 1 hour at boarding point(their own sms says at 5.51 vehicle departed from Sion and expected to reach your boarding point much earlier than expected) and there after no sms or no imformation or no tracking. Secondly, water bottle and snacks were given at 11.05 pm. after reaching Pune that too after demanding and driver shouts stating

They gave the wrong bus details - bus number etc and when called to check on the status of the bus, they informed that the bus has already left the pick up point and there are no alternatives to reach their main centre in Anandrao circle. The drives have no clue on the buses and do not give proper information. Would not recommend traveling by this travels at all.
