1 ★No live tracking. Driver number was not shared often. Recently I booked a bus and bus was delayed 2 hours. No response or update from customer care no update from driver. Frustrated . Customer care number connects post 10 min wait time. Pathetic service.
1 ★Pathetic service, was unable to book the tickets, amount got debited and customer care executive update was amount will be reverted in 14 working days and additional 2.5% gateway fee will be charged for FAILED TRANSACTION..what a logic.. already tickets fare is raised n on top of it you ppl doesn't provide proper service and even charge for your failure... totally disaster...
