The MyTime - Ramsay Healthcare mobile application was initially designed as an alternative to the current methods of touching in and touching out for shifts and viewing upcoming shifts. The touch in and out data is transmitted to the Ramsay time and attendance system and will be managed as touch in and touch outs are managed today.In addition to touching in and touching out the application also has the ability to,
• Dashboard view on the Home screen of the app
• View scheduled leave along with scheduled shifts
• Ability to add a Comment with a punch
• Ability to add a Department Transfer with a punch
• Ability to add a Missed Meal Break request
• View Timecard feature
• Leave feature: View leave balances, request leave and view requests
• Ability to request for vacancy shifts on the app
• Ability to add hospital and specialisation to vacancy preference
