How to Access Cinema Soundbar and Fives, Sevens, and Nines Virtual Remote Capabilities
Cinema 1200, 800, and 700
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the soundbar be running the latest update. This normally happens automatically when the soundbar has been connected to the Internet, either via Klipsch Connect or Google Home. If your device has not been connected to the Internet, please contact our Product Support Team for assistance. See details below.
The Fives, The Sevens, and The Nines, including McLaren Editions
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the powered monitors be running the latest update. If you have not updated your Fives already, please download the free "Klipsch The Fives Updater" app. This will walk you through the update process. After the update is complete, all future updates will come through Klipsch Connect. Our Product Support team can walk you through the entire process. Simply reach out to us at:

How to install Klipsch Connect APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Klipsch Connect APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)

Q: What is an APK File?

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

4 ★The app is a work in progress, so for now it will allow you to register your products and check for updates. Hopefully they will get it finished up soon and will allow more flexibility. It works good and Klipsch has great products.
1 ★Awful app, fives are hard to update, there was also only one update that didnt change anything. My fives are very buggy. Also I already wrote a review it seems it was deleted. Wont ever buy Klipsch again.
5 ★Fantastic earbuds, sound quality is perfect for me. Love the EQ, yet my only complain it should have more options to fade the music and more choices or bars for the EQ. Otherwise, perfect earbuds all around,especially the Carbon on the case by McLaren.
1 ★Very frustrated. Love the sound of the T5 True Wireless, but the connection problems are simply very disappointing. Hoped the firmware upgrade would make some improvement, but the app just doesn't work. Yesterday's app update got it worse - now it doesn't even find the earbuds. Also, video instructions not the same as the written ones, neither of them works. I'm about to throw them away and get another brand's.
4 ★Registered and updated to v1.0.0, but after app reboot version and update info disappear. Again to install same version ? Also should be good to have setting for change some shortcuts or disable part of them. W8 for your updates and love your products ❤️❤️
1 ★Good speakers. Garbage app. The app won't update my headphones and the only advice tech support has is to make sure the headphones are fully charged.
3 ★App doesn't seem to do very much. It would be nice if you could change what each earbud does, not sure if that is possible, but most other earbuds I've owned both left and right buds allow you to pause, play and skip tracks. Not klipsch. UPDATE. I appreciate the response, but that didn't help. Thanks anyways.
1 ★Cannot complete setup...always in "not ready" state. Seriously, how hard should this be? Good thing I got this on sale (maybe it's on sale for a reason?), but very disappointed None of the steps/assistance you guys provide works. How about getting people on your side to update the app? It's clearly an app problem because my phone can connect to the device, it's your app that can't.
1 ★I spent on premium audio , only to discover that a basic thing like and EQ is not possible of the cinema 600 soundbar, come on guys , the audio is awesome , the tech is about behind , these are basic features guys,. I would expect that this being a klipsch would at least allowed some control over the subwoofers frequency response
1 ★Doesn't connect to T5 headphones. Have attempted to connect no less than 20 times to the headphones to update them and configure them. Nope.
1 ★Frustrated that there's still no EQ support for The Fives. I want to be able to enjoy music at a decent volume without having my neighbors hear the elevated bass levels. At least give us the mode change ability if you cant manage full EQ support. This experience has solidified ny choice to look elsewhere for my next speakers.
1 ★I would love to know why when I listen to Jacques Brel, it feels like an electronic rave? When will it be possible to set the basic equalizer settings through the app...? Because my neighbors won't let me play my music because of the bass that is just excessive. Disappointed at this product so far.
