1 ★Unable to register. Once enter the phone number it then sends a security number that never comes through. The assistance email wants some kind of funds to be added.
1 ★Completely useless in Google home. No Smartthings integration. Pretty switch that does nothing uselful
1 ★Started with could not add device ("device already added") but device not showing up. Now can't log in at all. Admittedly, I was trying to get the device to show up by changing passwords and that may be why I seem to be locked out, but app needs a warning if that's the case. How do I unbind device so I can use other app? update: got a "test" notification from app. Very, very weird, as if someone has remote access to my phone. Ps. I'm not a paranoid noob. Really odd this.
1 ★It's a cloud device. Which means it's pretty much useless if their cloud service is dead. And it's a service which is often useless. Because it doesn't work when I need it to, and that's why it's likely going to trash to be replaced by a simple IR usb device. Not sure how many chances I need to give this thing, but it's more than I'm willing after two years.
2 ★The cameras are not recording only on event; they are recording full time and only marking the events -> this is why the storage gets full very fast. The application is not integrated with IFTTT. You do not have this option: "if the door/window is open for more than 5 minutes, then...". So you will not get a notification if you forgot the door open. The same for the motion sensor: "if there is no motion for more than 3 minutes, then ...". So you can not switch off appliances if no movement.

4 ★If the scene button can direct add shortcuts to home screen is was perfect, bcos I can just click to control open the gate when I way back home. 21-09-2019 Good, now I can add scene and device to home screen. Another issue is , the record of the door switch sensor was blank , doesn't record anymore after I delete all record
1 ★Junk. Bought it for the ir broadcaster to control my TV with the phone. Very little out of the box support. Custom remote configuration kind of works... so long as you never have to increase the volume or anything you would typically hold down a button for
1 ★Constant timeout error or even just failed error. Nothing wrong with the plugs, because Alexa can still turn them on and off. But the app doesn't turn them on or off and doesn't allow you to activate the timers or to send feedback.
3 ★I have an old S31 smart socket, after being paired with the app, it always shows that it's off, even though it's actually on. I can turn the socket on while it's off using the app, but I can't turn it off by tap the socket porfile in the app, I have to press the button on the socket or set a countdown timer to turn it off.
2 ★Latest update screw up the display language from what I had setup to Chinese LE. The display language issue was fixed but now the alerts no longer work. If you don't open the app, you won't be alerted if someone opens the door OR if someone is trying to tamper with it!!!
1 ★I have used this app for a few years and today all of a sudden it says all my devices are off line and I run the fix it feature and they will not reconnect update after a few days I was able to reconnect my devices but today the app keeps closing and I can't access my devices
