A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Useless. I need to be able to input specific ingredients. For example, I have to avoid wheat but not gluten. I can't eat tomatoes. There's no way to list what I have in my pantry to match recipes that way. Edited to add: this app also needs a very basic conversion tool so we can make our own recipes and learn how to adjust times for specific ingredients plus frozen vs fresh.
1 ★Loved the previous app! Most of all the ability to change serving sizes, get an adjusted list of ingredients, the detailed instructions, and being able to save recipes in different sections. New version of the app is terrible! No ability to customize, lack details, and not user friendly at all. Very disappointed with the change. Hoping enough people will leave honest reviews so the company will, at least, revert back to the previous app that was more convenient and user friendly.
4 ★This app could be soooo much more for the Instant Pot Pro. The pot monitors pressure and other things, but the app doesn't. It ONLY starts a cooking process and tells us when the pressure cooking is done. It doesn't tell us when the venting is done. It doesn't allow us to set natural release followed by quick, even though most recipes call for that. It doesn't allow us to add our own "recipes." Again, it could be soooo much more.
4 ★Great for looking up recipes. Once you find one, it gives step by step instructions (inc when to push the buttons for sautee, pressure cooker., etc). It gives you info upfront (background on the recipe & ingredients list). Once you indicate you're making the dish, it goes to the instructions page. What I like is they give you the measurements for each ingredient again (no need to toggle back to the main page).
1 ★The old one was better. It had categories for meals and the main ingredients, like beef, chicken, etc. Loved how you didn't have to scroll to see all of the ingredients. Loved how the recipe had separate tabs for the recipe and method. Loved how it was easy to convert to metric as well as servings. The only things the old app needed were times using the functions for soup, meat, etc. instead of the only command to set the pressure cook. Plus more recipes for the mini since I have both.
1 ★There is no way to easily adjust for your pot size. Most recipes are for a 6 qt pot and I have an 8 qt pot. You can try to adjust the number of servings but doing that most often results is a weird server error. Also recipes are confusing. For example, a recipe may call for 6 & 3/4 cups of chicken wings. I have no idea how to even shop for that amount of wings.
3 ★Found many interesting recipes. But yet have been dealing with vision issues for the last year and a half to two years the text print is to light plus when you also have dyslexia I have found the it would be nice if you had a dark mode black dark gray background with white print I find Easier to read. And who knows how many people who use your products and app have dyslexia so it would be nice to be able to adjust the text font style and size for ease of reading.
3 ★The first time I connected to the app it was easy. Then it somehow became detached. Took an hour of messing with it to reconnect. Missing features like natural then quick release after a certain amount of time. Also missing a lot of the features the instant pot pro has. If and only if they can improve the app function, I'll upgrade my other appliances to WiFi pro but until then, I'll stay caveman like. The idea is there, the execution however is lackluster for sure.
4 ★The app has a good idea but it has no option of just showing the recipes that your appliance can do. I haven't had an issue with anything except being unable to just scroll through just for recipes with my appliance. If I don't have an instant coffee maker I shouldn't have to scroll through all the coffee trying to find something for my air fryer. On the other hand though I like the saving option it has and how the directions are laid out for the recipes. I'm a beginner and it helps.
2 ★I loved the app that I've been using for months now but you changed it. I had the ability to make categories (i.e stews, pork, pasta, rice, etc. etc.) but all of a sudden you upgrade the app and you eliminate the best feature ever in a recipe app and now all my recipes are back in one giant disorganized mess. Please put it back and make it very user friendly.
1 ★I change my review because the last update change the app for bad. It's not so easy as use to be and the recipe when you enter it don't do the step by step with the timing that is really helpful when you are doing different things. I hope that you change or at least add the good things of the previous app. Updates are to evolve to better things. Also I got a few list and they disappeared and everything is mixed.
1 ★Horrible interface that does not allow you to sort in any useful way. I only have an instapot, but it shows me stuff from every other device they make. Also recipes are whatever they think are useful at the time, not sorted in any particular way. Too hard to just browse recipes because I have to search for something prior to browsing, so it defeats the purpose
