Para interagir, o usuário deverá pressionar o botão do microfone e fazer uma pergunta para a Aira. Todo o conteúdo é gerenciado por um painel de controle, permitindo ao gestor cadastrar perguntas e respostas e acessar as estatísticas referentes aos produtos e temas mais perguntados. Caso a Aira não consiga responder à uma pergunta específica, essa pergunta ficará armazenada no painel de controle para o gestor cadastrar a resposta correta.A ideia de utilizar comando de voz ao invés de chat, tem como objetivo agilizar as consultas e principalmente tornar o app mais inclusivo para idosos e pessoas com dificuldades para ler e escrever.
Além da resposta fornecida pela Aira links poderão ser cadastrados pelo gestor para complementar o conteúdo como acesso a sites, vídeos, gráficos e formulários.
