A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Additional logistics layer wouldn't use if had a choice A neat concept for people who have issues in receiving packages, but it failed in execution. It sometimes delayed delivery more than a day; didnt deliver between requested time; didn't follow directions of not leaving. Possibly an isolated issue, but I would avoid it if there is a choice for me
1 ★Lost two packages within the first few weeks of using it, and clueless customer service. Even when they do deliver, it's delayed and often rescheduled. Lots of pointless app notifications as well. I'd love to stop using it but it's required by my apartment. I've complained to the property manager, who said there are many many other complaints too. I may have to sue them to be repaid for the lost packages. It's a running joke how bad this service and app are.
1 ★There is no phone number or human contact. The majority of your contact is through a digital bot. You're only option for communication is via text, email or live chat of which all three take an incredibly long time to get a response back. The website is extremely insufficient & not user friendly. The only way I could retrieve my package was to walk over to the warehouse and get it myself. Overall, this app & their website is exceptionally insufficient. I Hope never to have to use them again.
1 ★Terrible experience. First at fault are management, we had a storage service which we could access at any time once the package gets delivered to the complex. Fetch now adds extra steps, and takes away the whole purpose of paying a premium delivery service (Amazon Prime for example). It's happened to me on about 65% of my packages that they are not delivered "next day" even with Amazon overnight service. And now, out of 5 packages delivered together, 1 has been missing for 36 hours and counting.
1 ★Terrible experience with Fetch. Packages have been delivered to the wrong apartment several times in one week. We have proof of their mistakes delivering to the wrong address, but they make you wait 24hrs to report any issues. After that, their email responses are limited. There are no updates. When you request any information, they say they will reach out to their internal partner but that's it. They keep passing you along. It is a frustrating service!
1 ★This service is terrible. So much so that the high app reviews are likely paid for. You probably shouldn't live in an apartment complex that requires you to use Fetch. You won't get your packages, then spend an hour dealing with the terrible automated troubleshooting system in the app, then when you finally get ahold of someone, they will say they have to escalate the ticket but they cannot transfer you. They will say that someone will reach out to you immediately, but they won't.
3 ★The app works ok. Sometimes package delivery is really snappy. Most of the time, I get notifications from sellers that my item has been delivered and I don't hear back from fetch for HOURS and on occasion DAYS. Even hearing back from them hours late can totally mess up my plans because now the project I had intended on completing that day won't be delivered until 10pm! Frustrating. Seems to be problems on their receiving/sorting end.
1 ★Crappie service. I'm receiving "delivery attempt" notifications, but courier didn't show up. I was standing at my open door for half of the hour, waiting for the courier, and I've got another notification that they "tried," but I was not at home. Ridiculous. This is the worst delivery service ever. I'm going to escalate this with my leasing office.
1 ★At least 3/4 of my packages have to be rescheduled. A number of my packages have been completely lost. This app/service only exists because of real estate developers who don't want to make package receiving easy on tenants. The tenants realize this, as should Fetch, but they don't. The service is really trash. The app itself is fine, but it's the rest of the service that actually matters.
1 ★Absolute worst. They promise a delivery time, tell you that you have to be there for a large item (the box is about the size of a a PS5), then never even attempt, then the app just always say they're still coming on a past date 2 days later. Then you have to provide a customer support case just go find out it's lost. All the whole charging you $18 a month
1 ★On one hand; we have experienced numerous and near constant problems with this service. Even free you wouldn't get your monies worth. Canceled deliveries, deliveries at random apartments three floors up? The customer service is obtuse, cumbersome, and feckless. The app is buggy as all get out. On the other hand; sometimes they deliver your package.
1 ★Fetch is a great idea, but only if it's excuted as promised. The service never fails to disappoint and ruins your day. Packages that I scheduled never arrive on time or get canceled. It's frustrating and I have low expectations whenever I use this service. If you want to have a bad day, use Fetch and they will deliver, but not your packages.
