I fel amazing ordering from tata cliq luxury, the app.is very non sales mode.type trying to create an environment of brand vibes, great curation of products and always authentic and genuine products. Highly reccomend. Sometimes there's tech glitches but that's okay I'm fine with it..
1 ★There is some bug with the app that they need to sort out. The cart gets empty on its own when you have added items to it. It's something I've seen for the very first time and is really bad from a user's perspective. Would be great if they can address this issue and get it resolved.
1 ★My partner had order ray ban shades from your site and gave it to me today because we live in separate states. To my horror the shades were sooo loose and I know that's not the size because I actually tried them on here in the physical store . It was like they were worn by a big headed person. This is very disappointing considering you're a luxe site and SHOULD have quality checks .
