1 ★Good application overall. Payment option pathetic. Cash does not mean only cash, there is credit card option too...... You have 4 pos machines but won't accept credit card payment. Unbelievable!!!?
5 ★First i was disappointed that the app says it's delivered but i did not recieve the order yet. After 5 mins it's outside the door and I really love how the driver greeted us when he delivered the order. It made me happy🙂It really matters when the delivery man is kind and polite. Great delivery experience!
1 ★Order status is completely wrong ,it's showing order status as delivered, and when I called to clarify the issue I was told it shows as still with driver in the system, so either this app is No good or I am being lied to by the employee
1 ★I was charged after making an order but the order wasn't confirmed, called costumer service & they confirmed that I was charged but the order was stuck so I have to wait for a week to 10 days for a refund. How stupid is that, terrible costumer service & terrible unreliable app
1 ★Application charges for the items ordered then doesn't properly send the information to the restaurant. Every time I order cheese fries it's charged to my card but not delivered with the order. Disgraceful application.
1 ★For months the app doesn't allow payment online or to choose payment on delivery. Keeps saying an error occured. Please fix it. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
5 ★Good app exclusive offers. Deliver charges as normal has increased in recent months. Have a good refund policy. Quality of burgers and fries are good and maintained thru the years. So overall rating is 5/5.
1 ★Simply gonna delete this, ordered 3 times cuz of the offer, they have a branch literally 13 min away from me, 2nd time it reached around 30 min. Other 2 times it takes nearly an hour, as per the driver they only give it to them shortly before its delivered and as per app also it says being prepared. How does 2 burgers take 45 min just to prepare when if I'm there it takes 10min max ? Theres no proper tracking u can only call the main delivery number and they simply apologize and that's it!!!
2 ★I installed what's called "new app" and There is no delivery option ..seriously ?! After an hour searching for it I didn't manage to find it ! When I opened the app again I found it, there is a bug where the delivery option isn't shown on fist use of the app
2 ★I placed an order at 1:48 PM on the app and called to check on the order status at 2:49 as in the app it showed order ready but no dispatched got a call from the rider at 3 PM and recieved the order at 3:30 PM that was quite cold and seemed to be stale you can imagine the disappointment after almost a 2 hour wait for food.
1 ★they don't put the correct amount to be paid unlike other apps, you know how much you prepare....i used the voucher and already been applied but you really don't know if its actually applied or not because its not shown at the apps receipt.. you only know if how much will you pay when your order came then you will find out if you were deducted from the voucher or not... but mine there is no deduction means the voucher is not applied
1 ★Your delivery is so slow and your tracking doesn't work. You don't follow up with the customer and you don't provide the driver number. Bad experience.
