This app is published by McDonald’s Delivery service for customers in the UAE to place orders via Android devices (application is not supported by blackberry and windows system). Customers are required to register with email and password before placing an order. The same login credentials can be used for the app and web (www.mcdelivery.ae) ordering. Now you can conveniently place your order on the go and track it from the restaurant to your doorstep. Please make sure to select your location before you place your order.!!!! 1 ★Not allowing to register and keeps on saying account is activated but never received the activation code. When enter the credentials it's saying wrong username or password. Not Happy at all...
1 ★They always mess up my order. I had to wait 2 extra hours for them to get my missing food after recieving only half of the order and they never called or said anything. I had to call them and tell them that there were food missing. I ordered my food at 11:00 pm and received food at 12:00am. Missing food arrived at 2:00 am
1 ★Warning! After the order is made the support is non existent. My order arrived incomplete and after wasting time trying to get support from the call center I got no results. If you really want to order from macdonalds you can use other apps that will help you in case there is a problem with your order.
1 ★I have a branch that is less than 10 minutes away and yet my area falls outside the delivery zone. on the app the location is available but it cannot be saved as I am out of delivery zone. this is very annoying and disappointing and I despite your delivery policy!
1 ★Horrible app and seriously flawed. Was this app developed by a child? How is it possible that a multibillion dollar corporation doesn't know how make an app??? Barely ever works on android or iphone, says internet is not connected when it clearly is, tried on mobile data and Wi-Fi but either way, doesn't seem to load or work properly at all which is just dissapointing. Please update and fix this lousy app. The developer needs to be replaced since he/she clearly doesn't know how to develop a working app...
1 ★Horrible interface for android. You can't even log in since the login button disappears after filling your username and password. If you try logging in as a guest, when you want to choose your location, the map malfunctions and you are not able to select the location at the current pinned area.
1 ★First and last order from this app. After waiting for two hours they have canceled my order. I did call the call center twice and they have promised me to deliver very soon but didn't receive anything. Call center will only give you the same status as the app without knowing the driver's location or contact number
1 ★Legally, McDonald's is supposed to show pricing at every step of ordering and making payment within the app. McDonald's app uae does not show increase in pricing when a customer upsizes/adds on the order, they completely omit showing prices so that the customer spends more . I'll be filing a claim at the consumer court.

1 ★I had one of worst experiences ever. i live 10 mins from Mcdonalds and they took 2 bloody hours to delivery 2 burgers. honestly youre burgers are worth waiting for 2 hours. had my old number saved on my profile which i immediately changed after placing an order over the internet and called the call centre to let them know the same.they confirmed my number over the phone as well. then after trying to follow up on this i am told the driver is on the way. an hour and a half later am still starvin
1 ★Horrible app and very poorly programmed. Its buttons don't align well with my Samsung Galaxy S20+ Phone and when I try to add my address to the address book, after finding it on the map, there is no way to confirm the selection or address so you can't proceed.
1 ★The app is fine, but it is been 1,5 since I have ordered and while I am writing this review, still haven't recieved my order! I even called customer service after an hour and they promised the order is on its way, but apparently it was not true...
