Description
우리교회는 한국에서 가장 큰 교단인 대한예수교장로회 합동측 평중노회 소속이며, 교단 내 대학교는 총신대학교와 칼빈대학교, 광주, 대구 신학대학교등이 있습니다.본 교회는 1987.7.5. 진건면 용정리에서 이석우 목사님이 개척 설립하여 현재까지 시무하고 계시며 교회를 두 번째 건축하여 현재의 성전으로 이전하게 되었습니다.
본 교회는 담임목사 이석우 목사님과 부목사님 3명, 협동목사 2명, 전도사 3명, 사역자 7명, 은퇴장로 1명, 시무장로 8명, 협동장로 13명이 섬기고 있으며 현재 2,300여명의 성도들이 공동체를 이루 선교와 지역봉사에 힘쓰는 역동적이고 은혜가 넘치는 교회입니다. 현재 아프리카 및 각 국·내외로 선교활동 지원을 하고 있고 지역사회를 위해 홈스쿨 운영, 로뎀나무 카페, 양로원 운영, 실버대 운영등을 하고 있습니다.
또한 해마다 수백명의 장년 새가족이 등록하여 부흥하고 있는 교회입니다. 본관 1층에는 지역 주민을 위한 카페를 운영하고 있으며 별관 꿈나무센터(교유관)는 최신식 시설을 갖추어 유초등부, 중고등부, 청년부 예배와 분반공부를 할 수 있도록 하였으며 학생전용 카페와 시험기간 무료 독서실 개방, 무료 학습 지도 등 청소년들이 안락한 분위기에서 공부할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
