Nació en 1994 como programadora independiente, producto del deseo de hacer televisión local con calidad para mostrar a Tuluá, de la mano de Harold Rojas Manzano y un grupo de amantes del periodismo y los medios de comunicación con un gran tutor llamado César Tulio Ossa, quien se contagió de este sueño y dictó un taller audiovisual donde se proyectó este gran sueño.Ese sueño se convirtió en realidad a partir de 2001 cuando se le entregó la programación del canal del operador Cable Unión de Occidente, con un producto estrella llamado “El Informativo” y a partir de 2006, se convirtió en CNC NOTICIAS.
