Ternate Smart Island Command Center berfungsi sebagai pusat pengelolaan data untuk menajemen kota, pusat control dan integrasi data/informasi kota sehingga diperoleh data lengkap yang mampu memberikan informasi penting yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pada tahap awal TSI CC dibangun dengan tujuan menjembatani antar Pemerintah Kota Ternate dengan Masyarakat melalui aplikasi yang dibangun yang bersifat interaktif. Aplikasi yang dibangun adalah :Ternate Smart Island Command Center berfungsi sebagai pusat pengelolaan data untuk menajemen kota, pusat control dan integrasi data/informasi kota sehingga diperoleh data lengkap yang mampu memberikan informasi penting yang dibutuhkan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pada tahap awal TSI CC dibangun dengan tujuan menjembatani antar Pemerintah Kota Ternate dengan Masyarakat melalui aplikasi yang dibangun yang bersifat interaktif.Aplikasi yang dibangun dinamakan SI APIK, singkatan dari Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik. Warga Kota dapat menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk melaporkan kejadian-kejadian yang berkaitan dengan kinerja pelayanan publik yang belum memuaskan, misalnya masalah sampah, kemacetan, sambungan air bersih/air minum, Infrastruktur rusak, kecelakaan, bencana alam, dan masalah sosial. Laporan dapat berupa foto sebagai jaminan keaslian dari laporan tersebut. Aplikasi SI APIK dapat diunduh pada halaman ini.
