Smartfren Community merupakan sebuah komunitas pengguna produk dan jaringan Smartfren. Komunitas ini didirikan pada tanggal 15 Oktober 2015. Sampai saat ini, komunitas ini sudah ada di kota-kota besar seluruh Indonesia yang terbagi dalam 16 regional, antara lain : JABODEBEK, Tangerang Banten, Bandung, Garut Tasik, Cirebon, Jogja, Solo, Semarang, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Palembang, Medan, Makassar, Lampung, dan Mojokerto.
