3 ★The app is amazing and easy to use. They have different kinds or ingredients and ramen to choose from! It all looks so good it was hard to choose. My only problem was that one of my items didn't come in the box. I don't want a refund or anything like that because I'm still pretty happy about the order. Hopefully the next time I order everything will come! Looking forward to trying all kinds of ramen and recipes from Weee!
1 ★The app unreliably shows items being out of stock and thus removed from my cart. I placed an order thinking that I haven't bought the item. 2 days later I decided to check back and saw the item was in stock so I placed an order for it. Ended up receiving 2 of the same items. Asked for a refund and offered to return the extra item but was met with a "We have confirmed that the item was not out of stock when you placed your first order". Ok, I guess I have to take your word for it?
5 ★I've been using this app to order groceries from for awhile. There's a lot of good stuff to say about them. Lots of options, there's rebates to lower your costs, customer service is good and will refund you if items are missing or not fresh. They sent out surveys, and they listen. Since there's now other culture's food besides Chinese. The only bad thing is that this app eats so much of my phone's battery when I use it. Way more than my other apps and I'm not even on the app for that long.
1 ★The app has SO many bugs. Items that are added to cart would randomly disappear all the time; "back" function takes you ALL the way back to the last item you searched and you'd have to endlessly type in the item you're looking for. I read that Weee has been around for a long time now and the amount of bugs within the app is just not what I expect from a company that's been around for a while. Please fix this because I'm very discouraged when constantly things missing in my order due to bugs.
1 ★Horrible! This app deserves 0 stars. I placed and order for snacks/drinks, and the groceries were just thrown in a box with no sort of care. I also had to request a refund for items that were missing, so I would encourage anyone to not use this app, but if you decide to use it carefully check your orders to be sure you're charged correctly and have all your items. Many of my things were sticky and busted.
2 ★Tried it once and it's very sub par compared to others. The app is very buggy, their search is useless, and items go in and out of stock very frequently (even between placing order and date of delivery). They deliver in batches and the delivery time ranges are very broad, 6 hours! Be prepared to wait at home if you are ordering frozen items. I waited at home and picked up my order as soon as it was dropped off and frozen items were still thawed. Soup dumplings all soft and stuck to each other!
4 ★The first 2 experiences were great, but the last 2 orders were coming a lot later in the day than expected. One order said it would arrive in the window around 10am to 1pm and it didn't arrive until around 5. Then the last order had said it would arrive in the morning but did not come until almost 8pm. The app kept saying it was 45 minutes away all day. As for the food quality, it is decent. No issues until the last order. Got moldy potatoes but they refunded me after my photo review.
1 ★Would give zero stars if i could. I really wanted to love this app and the premise was pretty cool. Wanted to try the products offered but they kept cancelling my orders with no explanation (4 in a row within one month), sending half chinese/japanese emails, and saying my orders were suspicious activity, asking for all sorts of bank and mail information. It worked fine for the person who suggested this app to me but apparently they dont want new people to use the app and get that $10 off.
5 ★Beautiful interface. Lots of functions. There are three languages available. This is one of the few apps I allow push notification because the deals are awesome and the messages are funny/personable. I highly recommend this if you like Asian groceries and if it's available in your area!
1 ★the new app is full of bugs and bloat and eyesore, worse all around. crowded and slower to navigate, can't select text like before, randomly logs you out the june update that pigeonholes you into ethnic "market" categories is totally unnecessary and potentially insensitive, please change it back or give an option to enable a simpler app. please, this is just grocery shopping, no need to make it so complicated
3 ★Although I enjoy some of their Japanese snacks, I do NOT recommend ordering Produce items. You will mostly get items that are passed its expiration date. Currently returning their Tofu snack. (The pictures function for their return process can use some tweaking). Plus, most of my items I ordered ends up in two seperate carts, which leads to TWO separate delivery charges.
1 ★Same problem as others have stated. I am not able to checkout because the app is unable to verify my address. Sent an email to customer support and they weren't able to resolve the issue. No other app I've used has this issue. I'm betting I will get the same generic response to this review as others have had as well..... to send more information to get the issue resolved. You have my emails and information. Just fix the issue.
