4 ★If all of your payment methods are declined, you are not alone. Unfortunately, the app uses the abysmal German payment provider LOGPAY. The payment provider does not work for the supposedly accepted cards, only for PayPal account holders. LOGPAY does not respond to support requests. TrustPilot shows the payment provider threatens customers with unfounded debt damage requests. Why would so many German public transport apps use the dysfunctional payment provider subsidiary of Volkswagen? FIX IT.
1 ★Can't login. The app sends me to the website, which sends me to google play to install the app, which is already installed.
1 ★It's hard to understand why the buggy Fahrinfo and BVG Ticket apps are allowed to continue, literally at a cost to customers when they fail to display a valid ticket or subscription. Shouldn't these failing apps be phased out entirely, and resources focused on making this one better and raising customer awareness of it?
1 ★Does not respect your privacy settings and CONSTANTLY SPAMS YOU WITH ADVERTISING NOTIFICATIONS! No explicit consent is ever collected. Even when turning them off in Profile > Legal > Jelbi, the service still drains your battery and attention by spamming you with brainrotten ads. Edit: You can't disable the spam notifications in (Android) global settings since there isn't an "Advertisement" category. BVG/Jelbi/Trafi developers are sadly not being truthful again.
2 ★App is ok, does what it has to do. Why the UI is so bright? Dark Theme please=5⭐

1 ★The app might have technical issues and due to that the account can be blocked without any notice
1 ★just when you are in a hurry to get home "we are having a probdem with out ticketing service" happens at least once per day
