Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

User's Reivew

4 ★Pretty convenient. The app makes dealing with paying for your transport in Berlin very simple. Stress free. However, booking a electric scooter for more than 1 person, which a family usually is, is not possible. Please look at Lime and integrate that functionality. Booking public transport is very easy with the app suggesting the best tickets to buy. This app has added positively to a nice city trip to Berlin. Recommended.
3 ★Note: You have to login or register a new account, personal details can be skipped 🤗 … but will be needed later for rental etc.
2 ★It's a good app, but super slow calls to buy, fetch and activate tickets kill all the beauty of it. I'm looking forward to get it improved!
2 ★The app has activated two tickets instead of one. Contacting the support they did not conciser to look into the issue why that happened, they only replied that they can not refound.
1 ★Tried for a couple of days to register. It said I can use my existing BVG account. Log in with that and it asks for payment information. Won't accept my PayPal account or my credit card or direct debit mandate. Not able to use at this point.
1 ★I just can't use the app anymore. I've got some problems related to nextbike and it blocked me from buying new tickets. It's been over 2 weeks and customer support still couldn't fix it
1 ★Useless your me : in terms of public transport I prefer other apps while for alternative means of transport always only one provider is covered, which happens to be that one which is not relevant for my destrict (Steglitz - Zehlendorf).
2 ★The app is a downgrade from the good old BVG Tickets. Next Sunday is a car free day and I only got the notification in the BVG Tickets app. Jelbi app doesn't allow us to take screenshots so this means I cannot buy a ticket for my friend who doesn't have a international credit card or PayPal. Jelbi app doesn't offer a cart to buy multiple cards at once. When we talk about app to buy BVG tickets, the old app is much, much better.
3 ★app looks nice and polished, but it doesn't accept either my credit card (which I use with the old FahrInfo app) or my (German) bank account, which makes it... not that useful!
1 ★Cannot Verify Account/No Customer Service Answering - any payment info is being rejected including my very valid IBAN number and credit card. Wrote to customer service and got no answer. Can't use the app at all! Will change review as soon as I can actually use it.
1 ★Crappy camera implementation. The document verification doesn't let you focus the camera resulting in blurry photos and verification being denied. At least on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
1 ★Installed it. I was asked to agree with terms and conditions, but there's no way I can see those terms and conditions. No matter where I click (touch), there's nothing opening.
