2 ★It's fairly basic, the only reason you'd use it is for the map. You should have the ability to book things (Restaurants) and load your trip including the ability to view restaurant booking you've made.
1 ★worst app ever - doesn't load map properly, tells you very little about each attraction, inability to book a lot of things digitally, waiting times are inaccurate - I could go on and on and am amazed that a place like Disneyland have something so poor - surely they could invest some money in improving app and website!
4 ★Definitely very useful! I didn't think I'd need it, but downloaded it during a long queue in the park and didn't go anywhere without it after. The queue times were usually right. The only thing I really missed was a menu from the restaurants
1 ★App used to work really well in past years. But this time the map tiles aren't loading which makes its basically pointless. Tried deleting cache and data but didn't help. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but didn't help. The map tiles just won't load 😢 - A great shame, Disney should be on this asap.
4 ★I wish it could show a picture of what the ride is like, and an age recommendation, I went on multiple rides that were too childish for me, and other rides that I would have taken my child on it but it would have scared the hell out of them, so I would ask you to add age recommendation to each ride to tell us which age range would enjoy this ride, and also I would ask you to add directions to reach a ride and also where is the entrance for each ride because some rides were confusing to find or enter.
1 ★lots of issues as described in the recent reviews. the map doesn't load properly and there is very little to no extra information to help prepare the visit, this is very poor given the usual expectations with the Dysney brand . I hope they still handover paper maps in the park!
1 ★Terrible app, the main reason for downloading it, the map, doesn't work. It doesn't show you any time for the shows just the many many attactions closed for refurbishment. You can't actually book anything through the app it just redirects you to their website or gives you a number to ring!
1 ★Map wont load at all, nothing but a grey screen. this needs to be fixed, we're going in a week and were hoping to use this but it's not looking so hopeful now. Fix this glitch!!
2 ★Very bad usability. The most required features are way to deep into the interface (esp. the map). Also the map is not usable as it does not rotate for navigation purposes and the precision of the location does not allow to identify ones location, making navigation guesswork.
5 ★Great app keeps me up to date on opening and closing times and ride times also what rides, restaurants and shops are being refurbished. The map is great for those that are going for the first time so they are able to find there way a lot easyer and where the parades will be.
1 ★The app fails to load a map - it only loads wait times of a blank map. Such a shame that the app is so useless considering the Walt Disney World app is great for information, booking fast passes and ordering food. Will uninstall the DLP app - has no function
5 ★Fantastic app,helped so much to be able to see waiting times and exactly where we were. The shows times also meant we could plan our day. My friend has mobility issues so unnecessary walking was not on the cards, thank you for making this app!
