1 ★I have a persistent notification of an intercom call from a year ago. Won't go away, can't delete. Have to turn off all notifications or have a notification of an ongoing intercom call from 2021.
1 ★As far as I can tell the app and system are oversold, seldom if ever working well. Notifications and voice amongst other features do not work. Actual help from control4 is non-existant.
2 ★There are quirks galore in this app. Further the programming appears to be difficult. Zones turn on by themself. Conflicts with lighting apps. Numerous other issues. Find another system to run your house
1 ★Update** month later and still horrible. Since updating to OS 3, when I try to use the app 98% of time it wont connect to my system. Constantly gives error message saying I need to be on the same network or to enable 4sight
5 ★I'm an installer. Been working on control4 systems for 5 years now. They have really come into their own with OS3. The app and synchronization with Snap AV shows great things for the future of this company. Love the app and Control4!!

1 ★I have to turn off my mobile data to recognize wifi. Does not play well with 5G. Doesnt recognize wifi on android...what a pain..updated the app but still have to force stop the app and reopen to connect to wifi . Sent logs no response.
1 ★It has been great but the must recent android 12 update seems to of killed it.. it will not open and just crashes instead. I have reinstalled it several times and yet still does not work.
3 ★Its good but on all AUDIO I want to be able to ADD rooms straight off what I can see playing by tapping a room. As it is its too hidden behind a small unassuming icon. C4 is all about Multi Room so why not show it like your serious.
2 ★We spent a lot of money on the C4 system when on our new lakehouse. After 6 months we are still having trouble with menus, devices and connections. We have their alarm, cameras with C4 NVR, Sony Tv's, Receiver, Speakers, Remotes and almostceverything the C4 mskes and supports. Paid around $35k and my wife complains about various issues which i agree dont work. Buyer Beware! Do your homework.
1 ★Previous version for OS2 allowed user to lock the app from unauthorized use. This version doesn't have that option. The button gui interface is too big. Looks like a Windows 3.1 gui interface. previous version look much better.
5 ★I've been troubleshooting this for a few days now with my Pro. It seems the app needs to be running for me to receive a call from my chime doorbell. Is this because of the Android 12 permissions (allow only while using the app). If that's the case, can we expect an update to resolve the issue?
