For Android 4.3 or newer, this plugin is useless. You can go to system "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Notification access", and check "exDialer".Useful plugin for exDialer newer than v90. It's not a standalone app. Install "exDialer" to access functions.
This plugin help exDialer to grant ability to clear missed call notifications. Compare to existing app "xMissedCall Patch", no difference in function.
